[Kurahashi's POV]
"Kuraaaa!!! Look!" I heard from the distance that Kou-chan was calling out my name. I got alarmed and dropped my belongings such as the basket that is for capturing rare beetles.
"Oh? Has Araki found it?" Karma pointed out, getting his hands soiled with dirt.
My eyes beamed up and began running towards the place where Kou-chan is.
It was just me, Koutaru, Akabane, Shiota and Taiga who is out in search for rare bugs in the outskirts of the 3-E school building's small forest.
"Guys, where are you?! It's gettung away!" Kou-chan called again.
"Let's go!!!" All the four of us ran. When we got to where our white-haired friend is, she was grinning from ear to ear while holding a Dryococelus australis, a positively massive, hand-sized species of stick insect known to Europeans as "tree lobsters."
"OH MY GOODNESS IT'S BEAUTUFUL!!!" The others had to cover their ears because of my loud volume. I went to Kou-chan with glimmering eyes as I look at the bug we've been looking for and is now in Kou-chan's hand.
((Check that bug out in Google, it's cool!))
"Here you go, Kura. Just as promised," as she put the bug in its small cage, she hand it over with a grin. I took it with gratitude. "Thank you so much for helping, guys." I said.
"No biggies, Kurahashi. We had fun, really." Karma said as he slung an arm over Kou-chan's shoulder. 'Eep!!! AkaRaki fever!!!' I maintain my fangirl-side over the secret ship made by us girls. Kou-chan was super dense. .
So she just wraped an arm around Karma's waist while her other arm forms a salute. "We are the Bug Rangers! We catch Bug Pokémon, day and noon!" she exclaimed proudly.
"Don't you mean 'day and night'?" (Taiga)
"Nope! It's 'day and noon' since night-time is when owls are active and they would eat the bugs." (Koutaru)
"Oh." (Taiga)
. . .Well, that ought to teach them a lesson or two about bugs from the bug-expert.
