Chapter 2

After school I walk home by myself because Payton's going out with a couple other friends. She invited me but I said no of course.

After the little incident during lunch all everyone could talk about was Jason Stark. And how he really was back. And how good looking and tanned he was.

When I get home I see that no one is home, no surprise there. I go to the kitchen and get myself a bottle of water before I head up to my room to do my homework.

Halfway through my homework, I heard my phone ring. It was my mother.
"Hello dear," she said
"What?" I replied
"Could you please pick up Kevin from Eric's house?" she asked me.
"And why would I do that?" I asked her and hung up the phone before she could reply.

I knew she was going to get angry when she gets home and Kevin isn't home. But I didn't care. She was the mother, she should be doing the picking and collecting.

Once I was doing my homework, I decided to take a nap.
"Wynter!" I heard someone call my name repeatedly.
"It's time for dinner."
Begrudgingly I got up from my bed.
I trudged down the stairs, as soon as I got downstairs my parents started giving out to me and not picking up Kevin.
"You're so irresponsible."
'How could you possibly just leave your little brother at someones house."
"You are in so much trouble miss."
I was sick of the them bad mouthing me like I wasn't there. "Can you stop that?" I asked them.
"Always badmouthing me. Just stop it. Is this why you called me?" I continued on. "Whatever."
I sneered and walked out of the house.

I didn't realise tears were coming out of my eyes, I didn't care. I just kept walking. I didn't know where I was going but I kept walking. Soon enough I realised where I was going. It was to the park. Ever since I moved here a couple of years ago, I have always loved the park.

I stay in the park until midnight by myself. It started raining an hour ago but stopped after half an hour. Suddenly, I see a figure in the dark. I know I should be scared because I'm in a park during midnight and a stranger is walking towards me but I don't do anything. I don't do anything because if the stranger wanted to kidnap me or rape me, he'd realise I'm not worth it and that I'm not worthy of being raped or kidnapped.

"Hey," the stranger says to me once he's within hearing distance,
I don't reply, but I look up at him even though I can't see his face properly in the dark.
He continues when he realises he's not getting a reply "What's got you so wrapped up in thought?"
I really wanted him to go, for all I know he could be a creepy, wrinkly old man with a ten age voice.
"Nothing." I decided to reply him hoping he would go away and leave me alone.
"Well, it doesn't seem like nothing to me." He replied.
By now, I could see his face clearly, and let me tell you something, he was gorgeous. He looked like an Abercrombie model and we all know they're pure sexiness. I also recognised him from somewhere but I could'nt pinpoint where.

Hey guys, sorry this chapter took so long and is soooooo so short. I've just been super busy travelling and stuff. But now I'm back home.
And I have important news, I've decided to enter my story in watty's 2016. I'm not expecting any prices, but I just thought it'll be fun to do this.
Bye
