Olivia and her squad walk over to fill the empty seats to my sides.
What luck.
She's sitting right by me now.
I don't feel like talking and hopefully, neither does she.
"So..." Oh God.

"Dude, talk about being bored af, right?" The guy in front of me says.

"Shut up Kyle. I'm about to have a conversation with my murde- ex." She turns to me and smiles slyly.

"How 'bout we postpone that and I go do something....with uhm...Brianna!"
As I try to avoid speaking with Olivia, Brianna walks in.

"I wanna tell you something." Olivia says and grabs my hand as I stand.

"What the-" Her hand.
It's extremely cold to the touch.
I quickly pull my hand away, I mean I'd be better without frostbite.

I turn to Brianna, who's still awkwardly standing by the doorway.

"Bree, I was just telling Olivia here how we were about to ditch class, together."
I turn back to Olivia, whose jaw was clenched so tightly I feared she might start bleeding.
Ha. Jealous whore.
"Um...it's like my second day here but uh..." She starts. I'm sure she really wants to go but can't say it.
I do that to some girls. Guilty.

"Shall we?" I ask. She nods slowly.

Olivia, her gang and the class watch us.

Olivia throws Brianna a death stare, before we leave.

"Be careful, Trent." I hear someone say.
Erin, another lackey of Olivia has a concerned look on her petite face.

I nod slowly, not knowing why she said something like that, before I lead Bree out.

"So, where d'ya wanna go?" I ask.

"I thought you asked me out. Don't you know where we're going?"

"Out? As in a date? Well then, if this is a date, gimme your number." I demand as we walk out of the school and to my car. Together.

"I...don't know about that." She rubs the back of her neck.

"Mkay." I mutter and retreat back to the school."I just though we were friends and all."

"Just like that? How smooth, Romeo." She remarks but gives me her number anyway.
I am smooth. Like a boss, though.

"Let's walk." I say.
My car's messed up as it is, with broken taillights.
Not all that attractive, I suppose.
I really should get a new one.

"Alright, whatever you say."

"Then, let's go to a bar. You're 19 right?"I wiggle my eyebrows.

"I like it when you do that, it's...cute." Cute, huh, I suppose I should throw a compliment myself.
I do ignore the fact that I don't know how old she is. And that she was able to avoid answering my question.

"Oh if I'm cute, then you're like, adorable." I hope that's a good one.
Maybe I can actually make this a thing.

"Aw, you think I'm adorable!" She says in a high girly voice, laughing.
"What's with Olivia, though?" She asks.

I wonder if anyone else knows about yesterday.
I heavily sigh.

Nobody brought her up, just me.
I mean, sure, of course she deserves all the thought. All of my thought.
I did, for God's sake, kill her less than 24 hours ago.

Or...so I thought.
But still,I'm letting it get to me. Letting her get to me.Zombie, ghost or whatever she is.
This isn't normal. This isn't what should be happening.
She should be...dead...gone.

And the fact that she's not, is toying with my mind.
Making me confused.
Other than what I really should be feeling.

Freaking scared to death.
