Makiand nozomi - chapter 1

||NICOS POV||

I was in my room alone, just listening to music. I was thinking about how her eyes sparkle. How when she smiles it makes me feel.. Warm inside. Of course, I'm talking about the beautiful, lovely, beautiful, talented, beautiful maki nishikino.

This girl, she had my heart. She makes me feel weak when I stare into her eyes. I'm in love.
The next day at school, I was alone in the classroom staring off into space. It's obvious what I was doing. Thinking about how Maki's amazing smile. I just love it.
'Uh.. Nico? Hello?? Nico!' Maki said to me.
'AH Uh.. Hi maki!' I blush really hard.
'What are you doing in here?' I laugh nervously.
'Practice in gonna start soon. I just wanted to tell you, because usually you're already on the roof.'
'Uh, yea sorry. I forgot.' I said in a soft voice.
'See ya up there!' Maki said walking to the door.
'Maki wait!'
She has a confused look on her face.
'Uh, what's up?' She said looking at me.

'NICO THERE YOU ARE!' Honoka runs in the room.
'It's practice time!' Honoka says with a big smile.
'Uh.. Sorry I did not know y'all were talking haha. I'll see you on the roof!' Honoka says as she leaves.
'Uh.. Okay then. So what were you gonna say? My eyes?' Maki said.
Oh my gosh, I did not even mean to tell her anything. I just couldn't help it! She just looked so beautiful I got lost in the moments.
'Uh.. Uhhhh... I think you're eyes.. Are a nice color! Haha it's so pretty.' I said nervously.
'Um, thanks?' Maki said.
I feel hopeless. I wanna tell her that I love her but... I should know that she does not feel the same way. Eventually maki walked out of the room back the practice. I said I would be there in a second, but I actually fell asleep.
I woke up too everyone looking at me, waiting for me to open my eyes. They look worried, or scared. I was kinda confused.
'Oh my god! Nico are you okay?' Honoka said.
'Yea! Are you alright?' Nozomi said after her.
I was so confused. Did they think I got hurt or something? What's going on?
'You were screaming in your sleep!' Maki told me. 'And you were.. Saying my name.'
'You said mine too.' Nozomi said.
Oh no. Oh no oh no oh no!! What if maki knows I like her now! What if she does not wanna talk to me anymore because she feel awkward about it!? This is really bad oh my gosh. But Nozomi said I said her name too.. Why did I say her name? Not in. Mean way or anything, I'm just confused. Wait.. The dream I had. Maki and Nozomi were in it! Maki kissed me.. And I was calm I the outside, but screaming on the inside. And Nozomi. She was there! All I remember from that dream, is crying after maki kissed me. Because... I was scared. And confused. Because.... I-I like Nozomi too.
