Chapter 19: Practice Day 1

Lily POV~

I woke up from the song, Baby Don't Cry that was set as my alarm. I quickly put on leggings and a white T-shirt. I added some light make up on and put my hair into a messy bun. I ran to the kitchen were  D.O was making breakfast.

"Morning"

"Morning, Lily. How did you sleep? "

"Well I guess. Some friends came by and joined me in the pool. Lay came to my room to talk but, seem really annoyed."

"Did he say anything weird? "

"No, but he asked me how Suga was doing. "

"Well you got the punch instead of him. Plus you walked away with a mark on your face with the rest of them guys. "

"Anyways are you excited for tonights performance"

"Yea,  I guess"

"Well you boys should hurry cause I heard a car park by outside"

I head tons of footsteps come running toward the kitchen. I quietly ate my meal and thanked D.O for the food. I went out to the garden to watch the sunrise. The list from the sun was beautiful and the way it shined over the town.

Taking out my phone from my pocket I took the picture and sent it to my friend Amber. I went to the gate and walked through town. One my way I noticed a cute shop that had jewelry and some stuff animals too.

I went into the shop,  it smelled like cotton candy. I noticed this necklace  that had amethyst on a gold chain. A women on her mid fifties noticed I was eyeing the necklace.



"Ah, a pretty necklace for a beautiful girl"

"It is I wish I could give it to Eomma but, I don't got the cash to bye it"

"Your mommy would really love to wear that to parties or on dates"

"Yea"



I walked away and went to the stuff toys and saw this adorable panda that was sitting on the shelf. I took a picture of the panda and bowed to the old women.

Taehyung POV~

I was with the guys walking in town when I noticed a short figure walking into a shop. I ditched the guys and followed the figure inside where she was looking at a amethyst necklace with a gold chain.

I quickly walked to one of the aisle and waited for her to leave. But the woman began to speak to her when the voice of the girl sounded familiar.  It was Lily who was walking into the shop. She was walking to the stuff animal section when she awed the panda sitting on the shelf.

I went to grab the panda when the old woman came up to me and spoke.

"Awe, I see your trying to surprise your girlfriend by following her. " she said with a smirk.

"Uh...she's just a childhood friend"

"Are you sure. I know you love her more than the girlfriend you have"

"N-no I don't."

"Don't doubt your feelings"

"Can I please pay for this and the amethyst necklace?"

"Sure, for your girlfriend"

I cane out of the shop when the guys saw me, I waves my hand and ran towards them. I put the necklace in my pocket and held the panda in my arms. We we're walking when I heard someone screaming.

We looked at one another and ran to we're someone was screaming.  At the lights there was a body lying on the concrete. A lady was trying to wake that person up.

I ran to the woman and saw Lily lying there with blood coming out of her head. I quickly dialed the ambulance and tried waking her up. Tears were coming out uncontrollably. I was pulled away by the medics and tooken to the police station for questioning. I was asked so many questions that I answered with no's with no expression.

Many of the  guys came to pick me and then there was EXO but Baekhyun came towards me with fists. I was ready for any punches coming my way until, he came up with tears pouring out and put his hands on my shoulder while sniffling. I was surprised my his actions, usually he or Lay would punch me no remorse.

"What happened to my Lily?" with sniffles and holding onto my shoulders for support.

" I heard screaming and an to the sound....that's when I found her.........b-body laying there. LIFELESS." i CRIED AND FELL TO THE FLOOR

"A-AHHHHHH...Why did it have to be her." Baekhyun screamed

"I tried to protect her. I should've kept following her." i cried while pulling my hair when, Jin hyung put his hand on my shoulder.

I felt my body tremble when Jimin got off the phone with the someone.i looked at him with concern when he smiled faintly. I was about to ask him who he was talking to when, Baekhyun stood up and walked towards the exit.

"I'm going to see Lily. I'll be at the hospital if you need me Suho." he walked out and fans were screaming outside. I was standing up when i quickly ran out to follow Baekhyun when, a man dressed in black walk behind Baekhyun. I slowly texted Jimin to ask one of the officers to track Baekhyun's movements and follow us. I was done when the man stopped.

I hide behind the corner and quietly waited for him to make his move when Baekhyun went in a different direction which the man followed. My phone vibrated when Jimin text.

Jimin: It seems Baek is trying ti lead this person in a different direction but trying to take them to the station.

V: OK. But how can we lead him to the station without, driving him away.

Jimin: I don't know

V: How about we trap him without getting Baek in harm.

Jimin: Good idea V. I'll discuss this with the chief.

I was about to follow Baek when I felt a sharp pain hit my side.I fell to the floor when Baek came running towards me. My vision began to blur but I saw Baek crying trying to put pressure on my womb. The ambulance came taking me with Baek to the hospital.

I woke up from my sleep when Lily came running towards me in white. I thought I was dreaming when I saw blood across her beautiful face. I held her in my arms when I woke up to reality. i saw Lily in the bed on my right. She looked pale and I noticed Baek on her side while the rest of our friends came running into the room. I was glad to  see Kookie, Rap Monster, Jin, J-hope and Suga at me side when I heard a sound that I knew to very well.
