Chapter 9: Pain

Lily POV~

When Lay yelled,"I can't take this". I felt really sad and confused. Why was Lay all of a sudden mad, when I looked into his eyes can see sadness and pain. I really want to talk to him again but he'll never answer.

I laid on my bed for the rest of the day until I saw a dark figure at the corner of my room. I walked towards the dark figure. I recognize the figures face and when I looked at HIM. I remember who the face and the body belong to. It was HIM, by him I mean one of my ex's from the school I used to go to before I came back to Korea 4 years ago. I really didn't expect HIM to show his face here.

*FLASHBACK TO 4 YEARS AGO*

I was walking home after school from a club meeting about next years upcoming freshman. I was listening to music and walking when my boyfriend Jackson came running from a different direction. I didn't see him running so we accidentally bumped into each other. I fell and smacked my head on the cement floor. I felt some wet substance come from the back. I placed my hand at the area were this wet substance was. I looked at my hand there was blood and I began to cry. Jack looked at my hand as well, saw the blood and began to pick me up. I felt dizzy but, I didn't want to close them.

"Jagi, look at me! Please DO NOT close those beautiful eyes." He said as he carried me to the hospital. I smiled weakly and kept looking at the sky. It was so beautiful watching the stars come out. Jack carried me into the building and yelled for a doctor or nurse to come. I felt really tired so, I closed my eyes and heard Jack yelling for someone. Everything went black.

I woke up from a noise coming from the corner of the room. I see Jack smacking himself and I get up from the bed. I slowly walk towards him and hug him from behind. I begin to feel tears running down my face and mentally blame myself for not seeing him running. I let go of Jack and tears kept running down. He was in so much pain as me but, hurting himself won't make things better.

We left the hospital and went separate ways. Before we parted I told Jack I was leaving to Korea soon. He didn't look at me. He walked away and I just stood there. I really going to mid him.

The next day I texted him. I was really sad and felt that I need to explain why I want him to come over.

Me: Babe, do you wanna come over and spend sometime with me.

Babe: Sure. I'll see you in about 10 minutes.

I smiled and went to shower. My mother and father are both on a business trip. They would be back in a week. I waited for Jack on the couch and ran to door once, I heard the bell ring. When I opened it I saw a girl standing in front of me with Jack. I felt heart broken. No more like a knife was stabbing my heart.

"Jack,is this the girl you we're, talking about? She said with a disgusted look on her face.

" Yes, she my girlfriend. Can you please leave. I don't like you brat." He yelled and passed her and closed the door behind him.

Jack POV~

Man! This chick been following me when I would hang out with Lily. I hat how she thinks she has a chance. I closed the door and walked towards Lily. She had tears streaming down her face. I hugged her tight.

"Jagi. I would never hurt you. I love you and only you! Please forgive me." I said while holding her close.

"Ok. I thought she was your new girlfriend. And..I was just nothing to you anymore." She said looking down and fiddling with her fingers.

We watched a movie, of course it was my favorite " Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ". I felt really sad when she was telling me that she be leaving to Korea in two months.
