Third Person's POV

The situation inside Akatsuki has gotten worse since many of their members died. The hideout is almost deserted. Everyone was out doing their missions or doing their personal business.

Everyone but a certain girl.

She locked herself in her room. Sitting on her bed with a pair of empty eyes looking at the window. A tray full of meal on the desk has been untouched since yesterday. The girl herself hasn't even moved an inch from her place for hours. The only sound that could be heard was the sound of heavy rain from outside.

Suddenly, someone knocked and opened the door. A guy with blonde ponytail walked in with a tray full of meal. He looked at the cold untouched food on the desk and sighed. "She's just gonna starve and die if this continues," he said to himself.

He put down the tray and walked to the girl. "Stop trying to kill yourself and eat."

The girl didn't respond. She didn't even hear anything at all. She was alone with her thoughts and her senses are all dull at the moment.

The blonde guy, however, grabbed her shoulder to caught her attention. "Stop acting like you're dead and eat."

She finally looked at the guy. Her face looked dead. She has huge eyebags. God knows how long has she not sleep. "I'm not hungry," she said as she took off the guy's hand from her shoulder.

"Could you just stop being stubborn and eat? I don't do this because I want to, you know. Apparently someone asked me a favor to make sure you eat your meals," the guy took the tray and put it on the table next to her bed.

"Who asked you-"

"Kisame. Now stop being like this and eat, Ai. I only made porridge since you wouldn't be able to properly digest anything after starving yourself like this."

Ai took the spoon and ate the porridge slowly. She didn't even bother to blow it first even though it was boiling hot.

"Wow the porridge is super hot. How could you eat it like that? You know what, just let it cool off a bit before eating it. Um!"

The guy took the the bowl and put it away. He looked at the girl and thought to himself. He has never pitied anyone before, but the scene before his eyes made him feel that way.

"Deidara,"

"Yes?" he answered.

"Could you please kill Sasuke for me?"

The guy almost jaw dropped at her question. "Wh-what the hell did you say?"

"Kill Sasuke. For me. Please."

Deidara shook his head in disbelief. He opened his mouth, but just before he said anything, he closed it again. The question just made him totally speechless.

A couple of minute has passed before he finally asked her. "Why do you want me to kill him?"

"I can't tell you the reason."

He sighed. "Okay. But why don't you just kill him yourself? You're skilled enough to do that."

"This is not something I can do myself. Please, Deidara. I can't tell you the reason and I can't do it myself. And you also hate him, right? He killed Orochimaru, he has Sharingan. That's enough reason for you to kill him."

Silence.

Ai continued her meal as Deidara thought about what she asked. 'Kill Sasuke? Sure it's not a bad request at all. I would actually do that without being asked for' he thought. 'But why?'
