Betrayed

The Truth of One Traitor

Max's POV:

  Today is the day that my friends and I betrayed MY friend Ash Ketchem. Ever since that day I have felt so guilty about myself. Of course my "friends" forced me to betray him.

Flashback---  a few days before the Betrayal---

   I was finally able to get a Pokémon and start a journey, becoming stronger, and eventually winning a league. I chose Treecko as my starter and had gotten the Ralts he had helped out back then, just like he promised. 'I can't believe it. After all this time waiting I can finally become like Ash!!' he thought excitingly. He was getting ready to set out when May stopped him. "Oh. Hey May, is there something you need before I go?" Max asked his older sister. "Max look. Brock, Misty, Dawn, Drew, Iris, Cilan, and I are going over to Ash's place real quick and you need to come too," May said to him. "Ok. But why are we going?" Max asked confused. He wasn't arguing, getting to see his idol. "Because he just lost in the Unova League and we have had enough, so we are going to tell him to give up his dream," May said sternly looking at him. He was confused/surprised. "WHY WOULD I DO THAT!!!!" Max screamed at his sister. "I WON'T! I REFUSE TO DO THAT TO HIM!!" he screamed again. "If you don't do it then we will get rid of all of your Pokémon and if you even think about catching others, we will get rid of them too. If that's so than you might as well not come out of your room other than for food, drinks, and the bathroom," May said knowing that would get him, and it did. "No... please no I... I'll do it. Just please don't." Max said terrified of what they would do to Treecko and Ralts if he didn't. "Ok. Let's go," she said as she walked out. 'Please forgive me, Ash.' he thought to himself as he followed her.

---Flashback over---

You know what happened next. He'd give anything to see Ash again or even forgive him. He then heard a noise come from the battle field out back. It was Paul vs that Red guy. I decided to head out and see what was going on.

A.N.- Yeah it's short. But I basically have the next chapter planned out. And yes, I wanted to do this. I thought him running away with Ash at the beginning, but then I thought 'no, I will just wait till letter in the story so here is this one and the next one should be out soon. Oh and sry it took so long. I have been busy lately with band, soccer, still helping my mom, and well everyone in my life who can't leave me alone. No offense to them though. I still love them, even if they r annoying as crap. Anyway, thx for the support 😜
