Few months later

It's been a few months since all that stuff with Mitch happened and since I found out about Kirstie's job, but things between and her have been great.

We are living together now in Texas and Mitch and I write back and forth.

Regardless of what he tried to do to me he's still my bestfriend and also I just wanted to make sure he has someone to talk to while he's in prison.

"Babe, when are you going to see Mitch?" Kirstie asks me.

"Tomorrow morning." I say.

"Okay. We'll be careful." She says.

"I will." I say.

"Don't forget I'm leaving for a mission tonight so I'll be gone for a few weeks." She says.

"Can't you just hand this one off to someone else? I hate it when you leave for weeks." I say kind of wining.

"Oh is Scottie boy sad to see me left again?" She says playfully.

I just nod my head and give her my puppy dog eyes.

"I'll be back before you know it." She says giving me and kiss and packing the car.

"Okay. Well I guess I see you when you get back then." I say.

"Okay, Scottie!" She says.

"Love you!" I yell out the door.

"Love you too!" She yells back.

I hate when she leaves. She's been leaving more and more and for a longer time too. She's just working so hard.

I'm just so nervous to see Mitch for the first time since he went to prison and Kirstie has been acting weird.

I'm sure it's nothing but it still worries me.

I guess I'll just talk it all out with Mitch tomorrow when I see him.
