Your POV I woke up so excited because today was Tuesday the day of you and Josh's first date and I was so nervous that I called my best friend in the entire world to help me pick out an outfit for you date and of course she was so excited to help you she got over your apartment in like five minutes!
Time skip to where you finally picked out an outfit
Your POV : so are your sure this outfit is good for a picnic you asked Britney
Britney:yes I am positive now we better hurry doing your make up cause it's 4:00
You:we took 4 hours to pick out an outfit that felt like 10 minutes
Britney:I know but let's hurry to do your markup if you don't want to miss your date
You:right lets do this

Josh's POV :I rescheduled my flight to the earliest one so I would have enough time to 1 rest 2 get ready for the date and 3 get to the date on time and now I have 15 minutes to walk to the park and setup my romantic picnic with y/n I'm so excited I hope she likes me so maybe we can date one day!
Time skip to you walking to the park
Your POV I have 10 minutes for a five minute walk to the park and Britney just left so I better get going
As I am looking for Josh at the park I see my ex boyfriend and as soon as he sees my he starts walking over to me so I quickly just turned around and started walking really fast as I could in the other direction and I wasn't looking where I was going and wouldn't believe who I bumped into

You:omg sorry (you recognized the voice you were still looking at the ground)
Josh:no it's okay wait hey aren't you y/n
You:(you look up)yeah why oh Josh I'm so glad I found you in time
Josh:yeah me to May I take you to our picnic he held out his arm

You:Josh you didn't have to do this all for me (there was a whole bunch of fancy food and drinks and roses all for you set up)
Josh:anything for a pretty girl like you now come on sit down and get comfortable
You started blushing because he called you pretty

Your date was going perfect until your ex boyfriend named nick came along and crashed it

You:hi nick I'm sorry but I'm kind of in the middle of a date right now
Nick:oh are you well back off dude she is mine he said while grabbing your wrist
You:no I'm not we broke up 4 months ago
Josh:hey let go of her
Nick:why is she is worthless then why do you want her
Josh:she is not worthless and she is beautiful kind and caring and I just found that out about her so back off dude and let go of her Josh said in a very angry tone
Nick:fine but this isn't over nick let go of your wrist and walked away
You:you didn't have to do that everything he said is true I am worthless you said while looking at the ground in embarrassment
Josh:no your not look at me he lifted your chin up your not worthless you are beautiful and I'm going to prove that to you right now
You:how you stared in to his beautiful blue eyes as he said

Josh leaned in and kissed you his lips were so soft that you immediately started kissing back
