                          Six am and he's already in the pool, I walk down to the practice area to get a good spot. I saw him focusing on his technique before he jumped into the water, when the siren came on he jumped head first into the water.
                          Michael Philips was also racing him for practice, half way to the other side he caught up to him. Then Michael speeded up and he ended up losing to Michael, him and Michael shook hands and gave each other a pat on the back.

                          Once it was over he walked to me and told me with a smile on his face " good morning baby." Cameras came up to us as he talked to everyone, I walked off. I'm not really a camera person but I let him do his thing.
