Sinking Ships

Part 2 - Kylie

A new day begun and I was headed to England to visit Aunt Kathy and help out with Baby Mary Jane. I woke up around 6:30 and walked downstairs. Cassie was already up. "Hi, Cas." I said. "Oh hey, sis." She responded. Me and Cassie didn't fight much compared to some of the people at my school do. She supports me because of my social anxiety and sometimes speaks for me. You would expected big sisters to be annoying but not Cassie. I am glad I have a great sister like her. She had made breakfast. Blueberry pancakes, my favorite. "Thanks for breakfast, Cassie." I said while stuffing my face with pancakes. She laughed "Well I wanted to make something for my sister who's headed off to England for a week." She responded. Cassie was headed to England too but she was flying there so she would get there before I did. I brought down my suitcases from upstairs. Cassie brought down hers too. I was driving Cassie to the airport because my car was going with me on the boat. Mom and Dad came down to say goodbye and give us goodbye kisses and everything. We loaded all of the luggage in the trunk of my 2015 GMC Acadia. We put our extra bags in the back seat. Cassie turned on the radio but I wanted it silent, but I let Cassie keep the radio on. We stopped at a restaurant and got some food. I dropped her of and we had a pretty long goodbye but then I was off to the docks to board my cruise ship. The cruise ship I boarded was called S.S. Princess. It was huge. I was soon on this giant masterpiece. I checked into my room. Put all my luggage and stuff away. And then I headed to the pool. I was reading my book and everything and I got up to get some food. I was in the main hallway when I accidentally ran into a stranger. "Oh, my gosh I am so sorry." I said forgetting about my social anxiety for around 2 seconds and then as always social anxiety kicks in. "Are you okay? I'm Liam Hansen." He responded. "Oh...umm...hi...I'm..Kylie,..Kylie Branton. I stuttered. "Oh hi. Where were you headed?" He asked. "Umm...uhh...the restaurant." I stuttered again. "Me too." Liam said smiling.
