I look at you but my world doesn't fall apart ,
My heart doesn't beat any faster ,
The butterflies in my belly seem tired ,
The sparkle in my eyes is no where in sight.
And in that moment of truth ,
I opened my heart to see ,
That you were just another person ,
That I used to love .
You're just a well known stranger ,
Who played with the strings of my heart .
Just another lover ,
Who danced in the dark with my soul .
I'll always remember you as ,
Someone I loved .
