The day started out as any normal one would. I got dressed and ready for school and went through my morning classes.
It was time for lunch. I started to walk to the Cafeteria when my phone beeped, alerting me of a new text message.
I unlocked my phone, staring at my screensaver a little too long-I mean it is a hot actor-and checked the message.
It read:
Hey Kat. I know we haven't spoken in a while and I know that's my fault. I would like to sincerely apologize for that. Meet me in the gym in 10.
The number was blocked. I had no idea who it was. I debating going to the gym, but in the end I went.
I sat down on the bleachers and looked around.
Kyle ran up to me and hugged me tight. "Katherine. I missed you so much."
I backed away. "You what? You're the one that left me Kyle!" I was angry.
"Kat. Let me explain. Please. Come sit and talk with me and I will tell you everything. I promise."
So I listened. I let him sit next to me. "Shoot."
