Hope that you fall in love,
And it hurts so bad
I Lived-OneRepublic

I walked over to Cedric, Hanna and Cho. I smiled and they smiled back.

"Hey Ced? Are you ready?" I asked.

"Nervous, but ready, I guess...." Cedric trailed off.

I hugged him, and motioned for Cho to switch places with me. She blushed bright red but did.

"See you then, I guess..." I said trailing off.

"He'll love it! I promise," I said to Cho.

I held the stuffed snake in my arms and gave it a hug.

"Why do snakes have to a be so...brutal...I mean even Ravens are more cuddly, and they attack poor scarecrows, no offense," I said.

"Um, well there are some "cuddly" snakes out there..." Cho trailed off.

I smiled at her. We wrote in the card, and gave it to Cho's Owl. We both smiled and hugged. But deep down in my stomach, there was an empty pit. What if's crossed my mind as we headed back to the castle.

Not just for Cedric, but for Harry too. Both whom I had grown a liking to.

The wind swooshed my hair into my face making me freeze. It deepened the sickening feeling that still was deep in my stomach. My throat was sore too, making me wish I wasn't here.

I gave up and stood up, the sun blinding me. I left the stands and headed for the Champions' tent with Hermione hot on my tail. She must have felt it too. I jerked open the flap and headed in.

"Caroline?" Cedric muttered, as if trying to talk to me with his mind.

I automatically hugged the nearest person, which happened to be Harry.

"Oh young love," Rita Skeeter said, suddenly appearing.

Harry and I slowly had bright red faces. He looked at me and we both blushed more. I slowly ended our hug by stepping away.

"And you said you didn't have a crush," Hermione muttered, making me jump.

"I don't!" I confirmed loudly.

"Sure," Hermione said, having a hint of sarcasm. I blushed redder than before.

Did I have a crush on Harry?

I hugged Cedric, with Harry still staring at me, and Hermione and I left. I smiled at Victor and Fleur before we were dissolved into the crowds.

"So what about Victor?" I giggled.

"What about Harry?" Hermione giggled in the same tone in a mocking way. To be honest, I didn't think Hermione was that type of person.

"Details later, anyways...what books have you been reading lately?" I asked.

Hermione squealed by the fact I asked about books. She went on and on about Hogwarts A History, which I've already read three times for school. Seriously, she is very talkative when it comes to books and lectures.

By the time the game started, I was almost asleep from being so bored.

"Oh, what about—" she started.

"Shh! The game is about to start!" I whispered.

"It's unbelievable to think that this is hardly a game!" Hermione shouted.

"Whoops?" I said. Technically, most of them, (not Harry of course) entered to compete. When you compete it's more than likely called a game.

"Please! You know this already!" Hermione said.

I slouched into my seat and asked myself a normal question, 'Why in the world did I choose to be Hermione's friend?' but my voice answered back, 'Because she's nice to you, brat, now be nice back!'

I shooed off the thoughts and watched as my dear friend, Cedric entered the Quiditch field.

I screamed and clapped as he walked around looking for a rock. My arms were in the air as my sleeves start to slip down from my arms. Cedric found a rock that about the size of a dog.

He lifted up his wand and turned the rock into a puppy. The dragon blew poison into his face but then saw the dog. While the dragon was distracted, Cedric grabbed the egg.

Cheers erupted through the crowd, "Cedric! Cedric!"

Finally it was Harry's turn. He stared at the dragon for awhile.

"USE YOUR WAND!" Hermione and I shouted together. She told me that she had taught Harry the Accio spell so he could get his broom.

I love that spell, speaking of which...

"Accio Doughnuts!" I shouted, since I had left them mainly for today.

Hermione glared at me, when a box appeared in my hands.

"I'm sorry, but sweets help me stress relief," I said shoving the doughnuts in my face. This also happens when I try to stress relief.

"Go ahead. Er...can I have one or two, too?" She asked calmly.

I grinned and handed her three. There were twelve anyways.

"Take two or three more later, if you'd like," I stated then turned back to Harry.

Finally Harry did the spell, but it took awhile for the broomstick to get to him. Cheers boomed as he then flew over us and disappeared. Then everything went silent.

"I wonder if he's okay," Hermione said biting into her doughnut worriedly.

The thought traveled through my nerves as we looked at each other. Finally we scarfed down all the doughnut in the box and still weren't satisfied. My fingers kept on traveling throughout my hair. Then it turned into a braiding motion.

Finally we heard, "THERE HE IS!"

We looked above us and Harry dove for the golden egg. The then raised it into the air and got out of the Quiditch Field.

Cheers and chants were everywhere. Harry must've gotten the best score. We (meaning Hermione and I.) ran down to give Harry a hug.

"Ew...your so sweaty," I groaned. I took a step back, shaking my head at him. Harry rolled his eyes. Don't be sassy at me, boy.

Slowly Ronald came down to congratulate Harry.

"Wow. That was amazing!" Ronald said.

They slowly chatted it out and suddenly were friends again. Of course, Ronald still didn't like me being Harry's friend. In fact, he told Harry that in front of me.

I feel great today. (Please Note The Sarcasm).
