Belle Reve Penitentiary is the facility that initially houses Killer Croc, El Diablo, Deadshot, and Harley Quinn but Captain Boomerang and Slipknot are not initially kept there. Captain Boomerang isn't detained at Belle Reve until after the squad's mission is complete. Katana is not a criminal and is therefore the only member of the Suicide Squad not housed in a prison.
