I'm so fucking nervous. I told Dr.Smiley I wanted wings but they can do anything else they want. I gave Toby a kiss and went into the surgery room.

I hope the surgery comes out ok. If they fucked up they would pay.

Fuck. Only Dr.Smiley and slender are in there why can't Toby be in here? My heart is beating fast. "Ok (y/n) all we need you to do is count to 10 slowly." Dr.Smiley said calmly. He gave me anesthesia into my iv. I did so, "one...two...three...four...five...six...seven....eight.....ni-" after that I was knocked out. When I woke up I saw Toby beside me sleeping. When I moved he immediately woke up and stretched. "Finally you woke up!" He smiles which is so damn cute. I felt like there's something different. "Toby is there a mirror anywhere?" "Yeah (y-y/n) in the bathroom." He answered softly. I went in there and saw I had black feather wings and my hair was a silver color. Wow. How the fuck do I move them? I came out and Toby had my clothes in his arms. I forgot I had my hospital clothes on. I put them on and Toby looked back at me," You have to go to slender's office before you do anything else.
