"Do we really have to move?" I ask unhappily.

My name is Nicole Elizabeth Peterson. I have blue eyes blonde hair. I'd be hitler's favorite person in the world because of this. I, am now, a sophomore in high school. I used to live in Leesburg, Florida, But now my parents, dog, and annoying younger brother are moving to Wellington, New Zealand. We HAVE to move, according to my parents.

My parents, Sarah and James Peterson, are now for some reason scared for me. I don't know why, I'm just a normal teenage girl! I haven't done anything to rash I don't think. I did once drink a half a bottle of vodka my freshman year but I didn't know what I was doing! I had never heard about alcohol poisoning, until that night.

"Yes dear, for your safety," mom says.

"How am I not safe here?" I ask, my voice sounding heavy-hearted, "all my friends are here!"

"I know honey, but this will be great for us," she responds. I don't agree with her of course. I still don't understand. She remarks that we have 5 minutes until we leave for the airport and get ready to leave Florida. I am really gonna miss this place. I've lived here my whole life and now we're leaving.

BING! BING! My phone goes off very loudly in my pocket. It's my best friend Blake West. No it's not a boy you idiot, it's a girl! I answer the phone and express how "happy" I am.

"Hey girl!" Blake says while I put the phone up to my ear, hearing her so happy makes me so...unhappy. Will she miss me?

"What up," I answer sadly, thinking of all the good times we've had. I really don't want to leave this girl, she's the only person that really believed in me and was there for me when I was upset. She made me laugh when I needed a good one, and would cry with me, help me, and best of all believe in me. It's so hard leaving the best person I'll probably meet in my life.

"Nicole, I'm going to miss the hell out of you," I hear Blake say with a crying voice, "oh my god am I seriously crying, I told myself I wouldn't." Woah, she really is going to miss me! I didn't know she loved me (as a friend) like this. I always thought I was a horrible friend.

"I'm going to miss you to Blake," I declare starting to tear up. My mom screams from the window 'time to leave Nicole!'

"I love you Blake, no homo," I say laughing.

"I love you too Nicole! bye," Blake says. I answer saying goodbye and we hang up. I know I'm probably not going to be able to see her for a long time. My family and I get in the car to go to the airport. I so do not want to be stuck in a car and on a plane with my brat of a brother Luke.

Let me tell you a little about Luke. His favorite thing is video games. He only eats fries when he's a little hungry, it gets annoying and he has this annoying girlfriend. Not that I'm jealous of his "relationship", I just don't trust the girl thats all. My family and I pack into the small van and drive off to the airport.

After 15 minutes of torture in the car, we arrive at the airport. We go through the line, security, and wait for our flight to board. I can't believe we're going so far away from North America!

'Attention everyone flight 320 NZ will be taking off in 5 minutes, all first class riders please start boarding!" The attendant says over the intercom. My dad then surprises us saying we're riding first class! Yay! We board, and sit.

'Next stop! New Zealand!'

The whole trip took 12 hours to get there. Right next to my brother..jerking off to texts from his girlfriend...I was just so happy to get to NZ after everything. I get my luggage from the top shelf and head off the plane when we land. I was so thrilled when I got to stop sitting next to Luke...

"Guess what kids!" Dad says friskily. Oh god, when he gets happy it usually isn't great for us kids...

"What" Luke says still staring at his phone.

"You guys have school tomorrow!" Mom says before dad could even blink.

"WHAT, WE JUST GOT HERE!" I yell, walking out to the parking garage. Well wonderful, school tomorrow, what else happens, I bump into my crush on the first day! We get into the rental car and drive to our new house where the movers are already there with our stuff. How did they get here before us..? I lay on the couch with a pillow and a blanket and lay my head on the soft, light pillow. My eyes lightly flutter closed.

I wake up in the morning, to my new alarm clock, and my bedroom arranged exactly how I wanted it! Apparently they did it while I was asleep! Fast worker, they are! I see a sticky note on the closet that reads,

'put on your new uniform for school;) -Mom'

I put on the tan skirt, long socks with two navy blue stripes at the top, a navy blue shirt and some heels. I guess I look ok, but why do we have to wear uniforms, there ugly. I go downstairs and have a muffin in the kitchen.

"Hey sweetie, you look great!" mom proclaims, even though I didn't ask.

"Thanks..," I answer sarcastically.

10 minutes go by and my mom tells me the route I should take to get to school, I have to walk because I don't have my own car yet.

"Thanks mom! Love you bye!" I scream while walking out of the door. I walk to the school, which really isn't that much of a walk and sit down on a bench. I watch as other students who will probably be my classmates, arrive. Eventually, there are about 20 to 30 students on the outside patio.

The bell rings and I start to head to my locker while looking slightly at the ground. I then realize that looking at the ground isn't a really good idea, because you bump into people. I bump into the dude with golden strawberry blonde hair while staring at the ground.

'Woah watch ou- never mind I'm sorry are you new?" the boy says to me.

"Is it that obvious?" I ask nervously.

"Kinda," he says laughing, "hi my name is Chad."

Hey guys. Guess who's back, back again. Autumn's back, tell a friend! Cya Turtles~
