Phil walked into the living room where Dan was sitting, scrolling through Tumblr. He made a confused face at his boyfriend. "Dan, why aren't you getting ready?"

"Hm? Ready for what?" He asked innocently, continuing to scroll through the Phan tag, wondering what was wrong with their subscribers.

Phil's eyes widened. "Oh God, you did not forget did you!?" He exclaimed, rushing over. Dan's head immediately popped up. "What? Is it your birthday or some special occasion?"

"Yes! Well, not my birthday, but don't you remember? We're going to the orphanage!" He exclaimed, yanking Dan to his feet.

Dan's eyes widened now to match Phil's, "Oh, fuck, right," he muttered, taking his arm from Phil's grasp and hurrying off to get a quick shower.

Phil sighed. He hurried off to get finished dressing. When he finally was, he got everything they would need. "Are you almost ready!?" He called.

Dan hurried out, nodding. "Yep. On my way." He said, sliding his arms in his jacket. "It's bloody freezing out there. Shouldn't we bring a warm outfit?"

Phil nodded. "I already have one packed." He said, making sure his red and green shirt was fixed correctly. "Alright... Let's go..." He looked very nervous, his palms were all sweaty, he was paler than usual.

Dan came over and wrapped his arms around Phil. "It's okay. Don't be nervous. They know us, they love us. All we have to do is go pick the little one up. It's simple." He reassured. Phil nodded lightly. "Alright... Let's go."

**********

Dan and Phil walked in the orphanage, Dan removing his coat as it was so hot inside. His black sweater showed. He gave Phil's hand a reassuring squeeze.

The woman came forward with a smile. "I see you're here right on time. Most people don't put forth the effort of punctuality. Come on, right this way," she started walking down the hall.

Dan's legs moved before he thought they would and a lot faster. He ended up pulling Phil along. He was ready to see the baby. To bring her home.

Phil was so scared. He knew he'd be a good father but he was scared of being responsible of another human. To feed it, make sure it was happy. All of that.

The woman smiled, walking into the room. "Over there," she pointed, taking a position right beside another man, the caregiver to the babies and toddlers.

Phil found himself walking faster towards the crib than he had walked to the room. He was almost pulling even Dan along.

Dan smiled at him. "There... Right there..." He whispered, eyes fixed on the crib. They were only feet from it now.

The tiny child inside looked up at them curiously. They cooed lightly, raising their tiny arm as if wanting to touch them.

Phil smiled as he stopped right beside the crib. He reached out and stroked the cheek on the small child inside. The child that was now his. His and Dan's little baby. "Hello. You're so cute." He cooed lightly.

Dan just smiled and took in the sight. The small hands on the child, the little feet, the blue eyes, the long for a six month old brown hair. That's why they fell in love with the baby. The beautiful brown Dan hair. The lovely blue Phil Lester eyes. The sheet white skin. But also how the eyes a bit too big. The nose a bit too small. The body a bit tinier than average. They just loved how she was so perfect and imperfect.

Dan finally reached down and took the tiny hand in his big one. "Hello. We're your father's. I'm your Father, that's your Daddy," he began. The smile on both of their faces were proud and loving. "You're such a cute little one." He whispered lightly.

"We make videos to entertain people. We're typically very loud but we promise to calm it down when you're asleep," Phil said with a small chuckle. He looked up at Dan.

"A girl Dan. A little girl. Our own little girl," he whispered lightly. Dan smiled and nodded. "What are we gonna name her?" He asked his boyfriend, tilting his head. "Hm..." Phil said lightly.

"Louisa?" He asked with a big smile. Dan nodded. "That's beautiful. Louisa Jenna Howell-Lester?" Phil smiled and nodded. "Hello Louisa." He whispered.

They picked her up, coddled her for a little bit, put her in her new clothes, and the happy new family headed home.

(Two things.
No, I am not naming her Louisa after their friend Louise as some will think. This is just because I'm Me Before You trash and yep.

Also, the way I pronounce Dan and Phil's daughter Louisa is Loo-eyes-uh. Not the popular Loo-e-suh. I do pronounce it that way in Me Before You and other times but for right now it will be Loo-Eyes-Uh. You can pronounce it however but eh.

Yeah. Hope you enjoyed!)
