"What are you doing? Your parents have been gone for days Amber. They aren't coming back." Said Amber's only best friend John.
"Oh come on John, they just went on a vacation and forgot to tell me. Mom would be capable of doing something like that."
"Look through their stuff maybe they did try to let you know but they just couldn't."
When Amber got home she made sure her parents weren't home. She went into their room and looked for anything with her name on it. She opened the drawer her mother put important things in and found an envelope.
That envelope had her name written on it in her mother's handwriting.
