Chapter 4

Ella's POV

Once I had picked myself up off the floor, I went straight to my locker to get my books for the next class, trying to avoid everyone's eyes, as I knew they had just seen me beaten to a pulp on the ground.

As I turned around, I felt my heart shattering into pieces. My bestfriend Niall, was fist pumping my bully, Harry Styles!!

How could he? He knew what Harry had put me through and how depressed and upset I have been because of him, and now he chooses to do this? I bet harry did this so I was completely alone and would have no one at all. I was broken and no one could fix me.

As I walked to class, the boy who once sat next to me in almost every class, now strutted with the rest to the back, like all the other cool kids. I kept my head down and didn't look up until the bell went for the end of school.

I quickly walked out of the room and onto the street and began to stroll down the path to my house, before anyone, especially Niall, caught up with me.

"Ella wait up!"

"Shit! Too late!"

"Where are you going slut?!" He called.

How could he? Niall knew how much that word meant to me! He knew I hated being called that and knew how many nights i had walked to his in the night, crying on his shoulder as he held me, because I felt like I couldn't take them anymore. He used to be my one protected and my shield, now he was the one who could expose every secret I had ever had since childhood.

Niall's POV

If only she knew the real reason I had to treat her like this. I had liked her since childhood, and that idiot harry Styles had worked this out. Having been so close since childhood and always being together , I was bound to develop feelings for this girl.

But just my luck Harry had said he would tell her if I didn't join his group, and I could have her know, so I ha to do as he said and join him.

Harry's POV

I know it sounds stupid, but I've liked this girl from the day I met her, but I couldn't have people doubting my reputation!

She was beautiful, smart and a great personality. Everything you could ask for, but being me, I had to act different. But when I found out this Niall had feelings for her, I needed to make my move first.

As I drove down the road back to my house, I saw her and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to make a first move. As it was raining so hard and she was already soaking, I thought I could offer her a lift.

Whilst I slowed down the car, I saw how she instantly recognised the car, scowled, and kept on walking. As she wasn't stopping as I called her, I jumped out of the car in only my skinny black jeans and a thing white t-shirt, which was a big mistake as the rain poured down my neck and soaked my shirt.

"Come on Ella! Just get in car, I don't bite. I'm so sorry about today and want to start a fresh! Come on get in the car where it's warm!" I tried to tell her.

"No go away Harry just leave me alone" she said.

"Come on just get in!"

"No Harry go awa.."

"Just get in the go dammed car Ella! It's cold, I'm now soaking and I'm trying to do you a favour!" I shouted now annoyed at her.

She huffed as she got into the car, making my expensive leather seats damp, but I didn't say anything as I thought I should be nice. As we drove the five minutes to her house it was quiet but I noticed she was cold, so I offered her my jacket which she gladly took.

As we pulled up to the house she got out and began to walk to the door, but I got out as well, and walked her to the door. As she turned around I grabbed her hand and said " will you come to my house party tomorrow night Ella? It would mean a lot if you came."

"Emmm I'm not sure, I.." She hesitated,

"Please"

"Okay okay, I'll see you tomorrow Harry," She replied, and before she could stop me I kissed her cheek and walked back to the car, with a grin plastered across my face.

Ella's POV

Oh dear. What have I got myself into. He's horrible and bullies me, so why did I just do that. I need to keep my distance. Now Nialls left me I need to speak to him.....
