A Bird

I am a bird,
Yes,
A brilliant bird,
Whose wings spread,
Across the sky,
Through the clouds,
Toward the sun,
Towards the moon,
And towards what makes thee for who I am.

For I am a bird,
A magnificent bird,
Who flies through clouds,
Into the sky,
Rather in dark or shine,
I fly.

I am a majestic bird,
I have a shield made of feathers,
Who gives me flight,
A sharp beak,
Gives me food,
A pair of claws,
Offence,
Defence,
And grabbing.

I am a free bird,
Who lives among wildlife,
Who lives off of nature,
Depending for its self,
Who is free,
Who has freedom
Though who doesn't have a choice.

For I am a bird,
A brilliant,
Magnificent,
Majestic,
Free bird,
Who lives in the sky,
Who flies,
Flies,
Far,
Far away.
