Chapter Nine : Safe
{There are times you have to jump}
( Mask's P.O.V )
After the magnificent ceremony that the Queen pulled out, I decided to check if my (Y/n) is ok. She might get lonely in that cage of hers anyway. So I walk down the stairs to approach the dungeon. After I'm done passing through some guards, I growled seeing the dungeon.
(Y/n) isn't there.
( Your P.O.V )
"Wooh! Finally Queen is gone. No guards or security are here annnnd we're free to escape, yay! (＾▽＾)." Julie cheered.
"But how can we go back?" You asked.
Julie paused for a while and you couldn't help but see a sweat coming down her head. This made you a little dissapointed since Julie didn't think straight. ( - _ - ).
"Ehhhhh? Thats! What I dont know what to do next!" Julie awkwardly answered your question.
You sigh and gave yourself a light face palm. You wanted to escape so badly and maybe made a plan to free Bill from that Queen. You dont even know why you eould be this determined to free Bill anyway. He did help you and you appreciate it.
"I guess we'll wait for Bill to come save you." Julie shrug.
"No, if Bill come, he'll be trapped. Thats what they're planning to do anyway." You rejected
Then Julie cup both of your cheeks and pull you near to her. She have a serious face on.
"Look, we know Bill is a very clever guy. I mean the Queen's guard cant even catch him since her guards are very powerfull but Bill is waaaay stronger. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐." She explained.
"But what if he get caught?" You asked worridly.
"Oh come oooonnnn!!!! I've seen him save you a thousands times that even the Queen cant save you like that! Just trust him! ヘ(￣ω￣ヘ)." Julie tried to encourage you.
Julie did made a good point, Bill is really strong. He can go here with a plan. Even though you haven't fully known Bill but he looks like the person who never leave a teack behind when doing something sneaky.
"Hmmm, fine. Just a few waiting but if he's not here then we're going." You said as your avatar nodded.
Just in cue, you and Julie panically climb into the tree to hide from the sudden alarm of the guards and Mask and Queen were there.
"Attention! Prisoner have escaped, go find her! That brat!" The Queen announced angrily.
Julie growled when she set her eyes on the Queen. Julie gave you a look of her finger pressing to her own lips. A sign to say keep quiet. You nodded and stayed quiet as the both of you silently listen at what the Queen and Mask are talking about.
"Grrr! That girl is giving me a nerve! If you failed like those weakling assasins, Imma kill you off! Right here right now!" Queen complained.
"Your highness calm down, I am sure the girl is hiding somewhere around the castle." Mask calmly said.
"Hmph! I hate weaklings so bad! Infact that girl who's a weakling, steal my Cipher!" - Queen.
"I shall complete your wishes, my Queen." - Mask.
"You better be! Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go to the North to visit my friends. Rrrr! Such a headache! Pilots!" Then Queen called for the pilot.
You two saw three airplanes landed infront of Queen. A few pilot helped Queen went inside the plane.
"Come on, lets get outta here." Julie whispered to you and teleported you two at the back of the castle.
Before you two could escape, a hand grab your wrist which made you scream and punched the unknown person who touched your wrist.
"Ow!" Wait . . . you know that voice.
You open your eyes to see Bill, wearing a pilots' uniform.
"B-Bill!" You hugged him.
You thought it would be someone, you were scared to be captured again by that guy name Mask but now, your so glad and relieved that Bill is finally here.
"Ok, punch me and then hug me, is that how you treat to a person who save you?" Bill said sarcadtically while rubbing his sore cheeks.
"I thought you would be that Mask guy!" You defended.
"Whatever, damn, you punchede so hard. How can you be so strong in that small body of yours? Come on, lets go!" Bill dragged you.
Then you two stopped to the third plane and let you go inside while Bill went inside as well. Suddenly you wondered how fast Julie could hide from Bill. Then your thought was cut when the plane started to fly.
"How'd you get a plane?" You asked.
"Eh, some slime friend helped me." He shrug.
Then out of nowhere, a slime-looking guy gave you a soda.
"Hey dude, name's Bob. Wants some soda? Its lychee." He asked.
"Gah! Umm, no thank you." You declined politely.
"Suit yourself." Then Bob came back to drinking.
You sighed and look back at Bill's back, who was busy driving the plane. It seems that he was deep in thoughts. Eyeing the skies and directions.
"New mission, we should end that Queen, I've seen enough cruel scenes from her. Infact she'll might kill Mask for letting you escape." Bill said.
"Kill Mask?" You raise an eyebrow.
"The Queen keep torturing her previous assasins in public, she got some nerves ruling this messed up world." Bob said.
"Crap . . ."
The Queen is too much for this. How can she be the Queen if all she did is torture people and get what she wants to. You felt disgusted at her existence.
"Thats why there's called a bad spirit who do what the queen ordered, dude. We, who look like rebels and never follow her orders, we're the good spirit." Bill added.
You nodded and think for a while. Thia world of spirit needed a new and a good queen more than that sadistic queen name Susie or whatever her name is. All you think is for a mission to give a new queen for this world. You dont know if you might cancel getting home though . . .
