I'm going to save you tonight

Chapter 2

So my updates will be rather sparatic  lol 

sorry for the cliff hanger last chapter  i will try and get better at that 

last time:

“Why are you all looking at me?” I asked surprised.

“Because Tracy, you are the only one who can use their power if the rest of us have any at all. So because you are the only one able to protect us at the moment you can make all the shots.” Nick told me grabbing my hand. “We will go along with any choice you make.” I looked over to the other two and they said the same thing.  I look up to Liam and answer “Yes we will come with you guys and help where we can. I am the only one who knows what my power is and how to use it.”

“Great!” Niall said. “They are coming with lads.” He yelled over his shoulder. As we started to climb our way out of the box to try and find a new way out of the stadium the boys were playing at Harry yelled, “LIAM LOOK OUT!!”

Now :

I looked up to see a small pack of zombies right behind Liam. Right as one of them was going to try and attack him. Before anyone can do anything there was a giant gush of wind and Liam was no longer standing in front of the zombie. Before I could see where he went I made a wall of earth to block the zombies from getting any closer.

“Ok guys we need to get out like now and find a place to stay.” I tell the group. “And Liam how did you get away so fast, I thought you had the power of metal?” I asked him.

He looked over to Niall and said “Niall has the power of super speed. He can move faster than the speed of light if he wanted to.”

“Oh.” Was all I could say as I helped Cody and Kenzie out of the box.

“OK so we should try and go through the door that leads to back stage. When we came in there was almost nobody back there so it should be safe.” Harry said from behind Louis.

“But when we came here there were no zombies trying to attack us.” I tell him “There isn’t going to be a safe place for a while. So I think we should get moving.”

So with that we all start to walk towards the stage as fast as we can and trying to get around the zombies and the corpses that were laying all over the place. When we got on stage we saw the body of the boys body guard Paul. His arms were torn off and his stomach was all over the place. Harry started to cry into Louis shoulder and Zayn threw up whatever was in his stomach from that day. Liam ran up to Zayn to try and calm him down. Niall looked over to us and looked like he was going to be sick. I walked over to him and told him, “I know this is sad but we need to keep moving. We will say good bye to him later and pray to whomever you lot believe in but now we need to go.” The rest of the boys started listening and they all nodded their heads.

They whipped their tears off their faces and we started walking again. We got to the back door without an incident but we saw a lot of bodies that were either friends to the boys or their managers.  They told us they didn’t particularly like their management but they didn’t want this to happen to them.

“So.” Zayn started, “How are we going to know if it is clear out there or not? I mean we are in the O2 arena in London, England. This isn’t the smallest place in the world.”

“Well,” I started looking at Kenzie. “My friend Kenzie here has the ability to pass through most solid objects.” I tell them slowly. “If she is willing she can poke her head through the door and see if there is anyone or anything out there.” We were all looking at Kenzie now and Niall looked confused.

“Most solid objects?” he asked her.

“I can pass through everything but a living organism. People, animals, and plants are the only things I can’t pass though.” Kenzie explained to the rest of the group. “So the problem is, is that if I poke my head out there and there is one of those … things and it tries to bite me and I’m not fast enough I could get it.”

Realization crossed the rest of the groups face. “Then we will find a different way!” Liam said not wanting to risk anyone in the groups life.

Before anyone else could answer there was a clang from behind us. We all turned to see a couple of the bodies we thought were dead wandering around.

“We have no choice.” Louis said grabbing Harry’s hand. “Either risk looking out there and no one is out there or we stay here and we fight off the rest of the arena. At least out there we have more room to run.”

“He’s right” Kenzie said.

Right as Liam and Cody were going to say something she rushed towards the door and her head slipped through. We all stood there waiting on what was going on out side and when she came back in she said that there were a few of them out there but they weren’t very close.

Carefully we opened the door and made our way outside. Being mindful of the zombies that were walking and running on the sides of the arena we made our way to an alley to plan our next move.

I looked to the boys and asked “ok you guys know London better than us. Where is a place that we can go for food and shelter? A place we could stay for the night and plan were we are going next?”

“Well I have a flat that isn’t too far from here.” Niall told us. “We can try to go there and then plan what next from that.”

“Ok how far is your flat from here?” I asked.

“About six miles.” He mumbled looking at the ground.

“Six miles!” I said surprised. “do any of the rest of you live closer?” I asked hoping for less travel. They all shook their heads. I sighed “ok lead the way Niall.”

We were all about to leave the alley when Cody spoke up for the first time. “Shouldn’t we walk in a line with all of the people who have powers spread out so we are protected from all sides?”

“He is right. We should protect the whole group from everything.” Liam stated looking at us all. “Ok so Tracy and Niall in front. Niall knows where we are going the best and Tracy has the widest variety of powers to protect the front. I will stand in the back with Zayn to make sure nothing sneaks up on us. The rest of you stay in the center and keep lookout on the sides. We don’t want to lose anyone.” Liam told us going straight into daddy direction mode.

We all went to a spot in line. I looked at Nick as he came up to me when we were walking. I grabbed his hand as we were walking. “You ok babe?” He asked squeezing my hand.

I was quiet for a while. Honestly I didn’t know what I was. I was ecstatic that I was now engaged to my boyfriend of four years. I was over the moon that I was with my favorite boy band for more than the thirty minute signing backstage before the concert starts. The main and massive downfall of the day was that the zombie apocalypse decided to happen today. I looked back on the group and saw that Harry was still crying and Louis was trying to comfort him and keep up with us at the same time. Cody and Kenzie were walking hang in hand like us but they just looked like they were just taking comfort in just holding each other’s hands. To my surprise Liam and Zayn were also holding hands in the way back and were talking to each other about something. I looked forward to see Niall also looking back at the eight of us. He looked pained and lonely.

“I honestly don’t know Nick. This was supposed to be the best day of my life and it still feels like it but now I am afraid of losing everyone here.” I answered him. “All I know at the moment is that I love you and I am not going to let anything happen to you or anyone in this group.”

“I figured you would say that.” He told me kissing the top of my head. “I love you to. Go keep Niall company.” and then he went go and talk to Cody and Kenzie.

I watch the rest of the group for a while then jogged up to match Niall and walk with him.

“Hey lad, what’s up?” he said with a forced smile looking over to me.
