mark knocks at the door and waits outside to be let in

Zoë gets up from the sofa in the 'cozy room' and goes to answer the door

Zoë: Hey Mark. come in, it's lovely to see you.

Mark: lovely to see you too Zoë, and you Nala.

Mark looked down at Nala who was patiently waiting at the door beside Zoë. He bent down and stroked her.

Zoë: Me and Alfie were just watching that fanfiction reading video we did with you that went up like a week ago.

Mark: oh really? I loved that video we filmed, it was a right laugh.

Zoë: yeah, I can't believe people would think me and you have feelings for each other though.

Marks heart sank, he did have feelings for Zoë and it was bad. He knew he shouldn't because Alfie was his friend and it's just wrong.

Mark: Yeah it's weird.

Alfie walked through into the living room where Zoë and Mark were and came over to greet Mark.

Alfie: Hey man, how's it going?

Alfie said pulling him in for a hug.

Mark: I'm good alf how's you?

Mark didn't take his eyes off Zoë during the hug, he was fixated by her beauty.

Zoë: so what do you want to do? It's like 8pm so do you wanna watch a movie?

Mark & Alfie: yeah sure

They chatted and watched a horror movie. It was Mark's favourite one but he couldn't pay attention, he was too distracted by Zoë and how much he wanted to be with her.

they all went to bed at around 1pm. Mark knew that he had to tell Zoë about his feelings for her but not tonight, he'd do it tommorow while Alfie was at work
