Reader POV:
It was always the same,
Wake up, eat, adventure, clean up the library with Mavis, eat, then sleep.
Mavis and I have been on this island alone for Eleven years, With no one else but ourselves,
I was a bookworm just like Mavis is.
(Gonna bump up their ages to 17)
"Mavis, where should I put these books??" I asked carrying about Six books, my fingers turning white to the tips.
"Over there!!" She smiled, She's always been a bright person.
"What about these??" "There!"
"And these??" "Uhhhhhh-"
"WE'VE FILLED THE WHOLE LIBRARY MAVIS!!!" I yelled.
"[Y/N] I know, Quite strange...." Mavis said, putting her index finger on her chin.
I sat the books back on the table and grabbed one of them,
"Ancient Forbidden Magic" The title said, I gasped. "Mavis look!!" I put the book up to show her,
she ran over to where I was and read it along with me.
She soon put her head up, "Something wrong??" "Someones here." "W-What!?!" I said,
"I haven't talked to a person in Eleven years!!" I screamed, brushing off all the dirt I had on my pants.
"Do I count as nothing to you!?" Mavis pouted, Tears coming down, "M-Mavis!! Y-You know what I mean!!" I comforted her.
We soon heard footsteps and my first instinct was to hide behind a bookshelf. "I'll deal with them..." Mavis said,
I gulped and nodded slowly.
I quietly peeped behind the bookshelf, I was a man!
Third Person POV:
"It's a massive library..." Yuri said to what he thought was himself. He scanned the library and saw a girl with blonde hair to the floor.
He was shocked that a girl lived here.
"You mind telling me why you've come to this island?" Mavis spoke, "Wow!! Y-You scared me!! They told me this place was deserted!!" Yuri said confused.
"And your answer??" "Uhh, Yeah!! It's, Because... I.... came here to study the island's ecosystem!!" Yuri sweated, scratching the back of his head.
"You're lying, If you really are a biologist as you claim, tell me this, how did you protect yourself from the poisonous upchranca?" Mavis stated,
"What's she talking about??" [Y/N] murmured,
"I guess you don't get out much, They sell some upchranca antidote near the port of Hargeon." A smirk plastered among Mavis' face.
"So why did you actually come to the island," "I told you already! I'm a biologist studying this island's ecosystem!"
"That was a good story but the upchranca isn't the least bit of poisonous! Even an amateur biologist would know that! You're not a convincing lier."
A 'Tch' Came from Yuri's mouth, "Way to go Mavis!! you totally schooled him!!!" [Y/N] said,
"Who was that?" Yuri said,
"Oh that's [Y/N], she's my friend." Mavis pointed to the [H/C] blob behind the shelf.
"M-Mavis!! Don't say my name!!" [Y/N] squirmed. "You can come out now [Y/N]."
