“Yes... I will wait. I promise.”

That was the last time I saw him, the last time I heard his low, husky voice.

That was the last time I ever saw the love of my life.

    It's hard......

Knowing you'll never be able see the one you most deeply care about again....

I knew who he was, I knew where he came from, how he has a counter part that looks exactly like him.

    I knew all about him, and he knew all about me.

He knew my flaws, my tricks, my triggers...

He was always there, always there for me...

He protected me with his life...

     I guess he can't do that anymore....

I remember us dancing, dancing together, dancing the night away.

Getting rid of all our troubles that night.

     How his hands gently grazed my hips, how my arms were wrapped around his neck.

Both of us staring into each others eyes,

My [E/C] shown brightly in his. His brown ones glimmering right back at me.

I remember it.

I remember it all.

    I looked up in the sky, the dark, midnight sky.

The beautiful stars illuminating the darkness.

The same sky I watched the stars with him.

I guess old habits die hard...

I rested my back on a tree, over looking a small town I was visiting in.

    I remembered him and I went threw this town.

I just want him...

I just want my Mystogan back....

   Is that too hard to ask...?!

He said he would come back...

   He said he would never leave me...

He said we would stay together...

  Forever.

“Please... Come back.” I whispered,

   He isn't coming back... Is he...?

Over this time, I don't know how I'm still here...

He was the only reason why I got up in the morning, the only reason I kept on living.

I kept living,

For him....

I remembered how we met,

I was a fragile, deadly person.

I didn't want to hurt anyone, but sometimes my magic turned against me and started killing innocent people.

    I remembered  how he came across me, asking if I was okay.

Me pleading for my life for him to leave, even if I couldn't see his face, I didn't want to hurt another person.

He didn't hesitate to help me. He wouldn't leave my side, he was so generous to me...

  He helped me contain my magic. Which made me earn trust for him.

  Even if I was okay now, I still never wanted him to leave,

I wanted to stay by his side,

    Forever.

And he promised me he would, he told me these exact words, and the words I'll never forget as long as i live.

    “I promise I'll protect you. I'll always be with you... forever.”

The bottom of my chest hurts. It hurts and it hurts...

Please... I just want you back....
