8th Grade. Yay!.....? Okay. This title is unfitting. I'm just going to start like, another "book" just because, well... you know, I'm not in 7th grade anymore. I mean, obviously. I could be 7th grade this year but I'd be one of the oldest kids, and there would be no story! Ha ha! What a twist of fate! Okay, just kidding, there probably would be a story but:
1) All of my current readers, audience, whatever fancy title there is, would not be "my" readers! 2) The entire story would be different
3) All of my characters would be different
4) My story plot would probably be along the line of fantasy or some dystopian world
6) It wouldn't be about me
7) There is no number 5
8) You just checked
9) You're trying telling yourself you had already realized there was no 5
10) I just realized maybe I'm just being an idiot and you already realized it and I'm just dragging out this weird "off task" paragraph.Okay. 8th grade. Unfortunately, No, I have NO classes with Gabe, and my sister does! How unfair. *sulks in a corner of the room* And she just glares at him if he talks to her.
A lot of people think Gabe's cocky.
cock·y
ˈkäkēadjectiveconceited or arrogant, especially in a bold or impudent way.
Gabe is NOT arrogant or conceited.
ar·ro·gantˈerəɡənt/adjectivehaving or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities.
Gabe is not exaggerating his abilities. He is fast. a 5:03 mile is fast. He's not exaggerating.
con·ceit·edkənˈsēdəd/adjectiveexcessively proud of oneself; vain.
Gabe's not excessively proud or vain. It's not as if he flaunts his speed every single day. He does have bragging rights. I would bet anyone that if they had such talents, they would brag about them constantly. If you had some special talent, you would show it off too.
A lot of people say I'm desperate to date Gabe. I'm not. I like him for a lot of reasons.
1) He's nice to me
2) He doesn't complain if I talk too much- (Once I was laughing during dinner and my mom told me to go cry for a little bit because I was laughing too much.)
3) He shuts up if I ask him4) He's nice to talk to.
Personally. I like talking to people, and I'm a talkative person, if you get to know me. Sometimes I talk too much and people will yell at me. Which is why when I read stories over again, it's all filler and no action.
