Chapter 12

JIMIN'S POV 🍜
"Okay," Tae said. "First of all, I need you not to freak out, and please do not scream."

"Got it," I replied.

Honestly, I was kinda scared what Tae was about to say. 'Try not to freak out of scream'? Yikes.

There was a small pause.

"Jimin. . ."

"I'm not a virgin," Tae said.

My mouth fell open and I made a small squeal in the back of my throat. It lasted for about a minute and I silently rolled around in the closet trying not to scream. If I did scream, I don't know what kind of scream it would be. Terrified? Happy? :/

"Hello?" Tae asked through the other side of the phone.

"I'm here!" I said sitting straight up. Then, I randomly grabbed some shorts, rolled them up into a ball and screamed.

"Ahhhh Jimin? You okay?" Tae says worriedly.

"Yah. Ine phine," I said with the shorts still in my mouth. I finally spit them put after a while and took deep breaths.

"Okay," I said.

"Mm hm?" Tae responded.

"So... you're not a virgin," I said slowly.

"Mm hm," Tae said.

"And I'm not a virgin," I continued slowly.

"Mm hM WAIT WHAT?!?!?!" Tae almost screamed. Well he did scream. Let's just say that.

"Yeah yeah, long story short I am also not a virgin *sigh* ... I loved her so much... I just pushed her too far and she just went with it instead of just standing up for herself. Now, she's somewhere out there probably with some other guy. We don't really talk anymore..." my mind slowly trails off.

"Wow... um I'm sorry dude... my story is very similar actually. I was the usual f-boy, all the girls loved me, I craved the attention, I was lustful, I'm trying to start a new life. I'm trying to forget but I can't. I will never forget..." Tae says.

"Forget what?" I said softly.

"Penny  I'll never forget Penny. Her long, silky hair, her freckles that I teased her for, her green, emerald eyes; I will never forget anything about her. She was so precious. I would always protect her, like a brother, but more than a brother. She trusted me. She and I would do anything for each other. Until one day like you, I pushed her too far," Tae told me.

By now, his voice was barely a whisper and I had to press my ear to the phone.

"After we broke up, I couldn't deal with it and hooked up with other girls and now I'm here. But then Bae comes in... UGHHH!" Tae says frustrated.

"Tell you what. You get Bae some flowers, chocolate, and a stuffed animal, and take her out to eat. Simple," I suggested.

"Psh, yeah right. Like Bae is actually gonna go out with me after only knowing me for what... 2 months? Nuh uh," Tae argued.

"Then um go talk to her. Tell her how you actually fee-"

"JIMIN. That's too early," he interrupted me.

"I need to woo her back... no. Too fboy material. I just need to give her some space for now?"

"Perfect," I responded.

"Give her some space. Yup. Good talk dude. Suga is yelling again," I lied.

"Got to go, bye," and I hung up the phone.

I burst out crying. I bawled my eyes out. I've never cried this hard in so long. What is wrong with me. I am such a horrible advice giver, I will never ever see Emily again, and I am such a CHILD JEEZ I NEED TO STOP CRYING. I sniffed, got out of the closet and trudged into the kitchen to make some food. I decided to make a PB+J sandwich. I found the peanut butter, bread, and- where's the jelly? I searched everywhere.

Finally, I gave up and yelled, "WHERE'S THE JAM?"

Instantly, everyone responded, "JIMIN, YOU GOT NO JAMS."
