Demons have jobs?

A boring meeting, just what she needed. It's not everyday that the queen of all evil leaves her bed to meet with the scumbags that summoned her. Even though she knew it was something important and she needed to be on time for it, she dragged herself out of bed ever so slowly. What? Yes even demons need to sleep. Well, only their physical bodies and hers was in perfect shape. Thorn Halibell stood at five foot six, she weighed one hundred and eighty-seven pounds and was light skin (a caramel tone). The weight mostly was in her thighs and her plump peach shaped wear. Even her bust size was great, a double D-32. She had the hourglass figure most women killed to have but she was indifferent to her own sex appeal and it wasn't even funny. What? You want an example? Well, let's not get side tracked but sure let me give you a flashback of when she met Chris Wails, a jock from a school she was investigating. The school was accused of forcing slavery on most of their foreign female students, seems more normal than supernatural right? No, they were auctioning the girls off as sex slave's to a mid-upper demon and it wasn't sitting well with her employers. So, as she went undercover as a foreign exchange student, you could imagine her hell...

Flashback...

"So, I've never seen you around here." He paused before opening his mouth again, his breath smelling like death and deception "I'm Chris, Chris Wails but what's your name sweet stuff?" Thorn almost vomited, she couldn't believe in this day and age guys still hit on girls in that old simple fashion. She quickly shot back her glass of vodka and responded to the guy in her normal harsh tone "Your breath is disgusting, you are attractive but you clearly have the brain cells of a retarded squirrel and I'm not interested." She slammed her glass down on the bar and quickly left her seat. Leaving the jock's pride crushed and him smelling his own breath. Usually when she broke them down like that, they stayed down but Chris was a special case. So as soon as Thorn went  to leave the club, she was surprised to have him follow her. Looking him over, she could easily tell he was aggressive and could easily subdue a normal woman. Broad shoulders, wide chest and  good amount of upper body strength. She couldn't believe she overlooked his aggressive atmosphere earlier, probably was his breath distracting her well enough for her to only focus on breathing. "Where you going beautiful? I wasn't done talking to you." He stepped closer, almost flirtatiously. She swayed out of his reach and spoke in her normal tone of voice "Really? I thought I was done with you, is it normal for jocks to follow the girls that turn them down?" Chris chuckled at her and smiled big, showing all of his teeth "Well, only the pretty foreign ones like you, how about you come to my place, have a couple more drinks?" She stopped in her tracks "Is this guy serious?" she thought and went on to think "How many girls did he pull with his cheesy lines?" She rolled her eyes and just started to be frank with him on the matter. "So let me guess, you're new?" He looked at her confused "You need money right? So you agreed to help the little bastards with their kidnapping?" His eyes went slightly wide, that's how she knew she was right. He opened his mouth again, God she was glad she was further away not to smell his breath "No, I don't know what you're talking about. I just wanted a couple of drinks." He adverted his eyes and she instantly knew he as lying. "I see you're not interested so..I'll be going."  he turned around and as she went to approach him; he ran. She rolled her eyes, she really hated it with they ran. It was still sort of bright outside so she couldn't transform herself to be able to catch him. So as she stood their, she waited. She waited for him to get further away and notice she wasn't chasing him. Focusing in on his breathing, it was frantic. Then, it slowly began to slow down, he was calming himself. Focusing her power she teleported in front of him.

She liked it when their eyes would grow big from shock. In that moment as he stood there dumbfounded she used his shock to slam his face first into a nearby building. She snapped the cuffs she pulled out of her pocket and clipped them around his wrist. "My name is Thorn Halibell, I'm with the FBI and you're under arrest for conspiracy of human trafficking."  He stuttered and tried to plea with her but she grabbed her walker talkie to call it in. "This is agent Thorn Halibell, I've located a suspect and I need someone to come pick him up to bring him in for questioning." a pause "I'm in first and main near the alleyway just off rosewill avenue." Not even five minutes of calling it in,  a nearby police cruiser came. Handing the guy over to the police officer she would sigh "I don't even know why the kid would risk a chance to hit on me." The police officer turned to her as he slid the guy's head inside the cruiser and shut the door. "Have you looked in the mirror lately?" She smiled softly and shook her head "What's that suppose to mean?" "Well you're too beautiful to be doing this type of job." She narrowed her eyes and the guy took that as a sign to take his leave "Well you enjoy the rest of your night." Before she could reply he was on his heels back to his cruiser and driving off.

The present...

Thorn had already left the meeting, she was not at all pleased by her new mission. She was to find out information about a female who had went rogue from the ones that had summoned her. Angel or demon, it was a written law that when a supernatural being was summoned to earth they were to form a contract and obey it. She didn't have time to battle it out with a rogue demon or angel. Usually tasks like the ones she had been given would be assigned to reaper class not S-class assassins but she just bit the bullet and nodded her head. The first lead she had on the rogue was that she was living in a city in Wisconsin as a lawyer. So, she went home to pack her bags. She knew it was going to be a long trip and she didn't have time to waste. She needed to get there and track down the girl at any cost. It was close to midnight when she was only halfway there to her destination...

Thorn checked in to a hotel just south of one hundred meters from where the girl was sighted to work at. She checked in and dropped her bags off in her room before returning to the main lobby. She sat in the research room, on the computer playing a seemingly addictive game. In that moment a girl walked in and sat down next to her, using the computer. She felt the air grow thinner, soon she couldn't ignore the pull to look over. As she did, so did the girl. Their eyes locked and she felt her heart grow tighter. It was like, the world had became frozen and the only thing that she was aware of was her and only her. Even though the sound of her own heartbeat rung in her ears, all she noticed was her. The girl blushed and turned away, obviously embarrassed by the constant stare Thorn was giving her. Thorn, now embarrassed herself, stood and left the room. She wanted to return to her room, to ignore the feeling that suddenly befell her as she sat there. Not bothering to look back, she had left her I.D card on the floor. It took the girl only minutes to notice it. She went to pick it up and instantly her face went red as she read out the name "Thorn Halibell." She clenched the plastic I.D in her fist, feeling like it was destiny and love at first sight.
