The Partnership

She stumbled through the halls holding her ribs. "I-I think he broke them." Ali groaned softly as she leans against the wall. "Gutentag, fräulein." Schrödinger popped around the corner. His pink eyes grew wide when he saw Ali beaten up. "What happen?!" He asked frighten of what happen to her. "I just had a rumble with Hans." She faked a smile to him. His little cat ears laid flat ashe watched her hold herself up. "Please let me help you. Ja?" He walked over and wrapped his arms around her waist and became her crutch. "Y-you don't have to do this." She looked at him with concern eyes. "It is not a problem fräulein." He smiled at her and started to lead her to the doctor. As they slowly made their way to see the doctor Ali looked over at the cat boy. "So why are you helping me out?" She looked at him with curiosity. Schrödinger looked up at her and smiled faintly. "You see, when I was growing up I never had anyone to care for really. I never really had a family, I was brought in here and I have served for many years. I am loyal and caring to anyone, but you see fräulein I wanted to have a family. I wanted some siblings but I never had the opportunity." He looked down as they continued down the halls. Ali looked at him and stopped. "What is the matter? Are you alright?!" He asked her worried that she might be in a lot of pain. "Yes Schrödinger I am fine, it's just I never had a family as well or so that I can remember." She spoke softly. "I want to think that I had a wonderful family but for the life of me I just can't seem to remember them." She bit her lip slightly. He looked up at her as his ears flatten slightly. "What are you trying to say?" He asked. "The point is that you wish to have siblings right?" Ali asked. "Ja, I would love to have a sibling." He smiled a bit. "Well how about this, I can be your sister and you can be my brother. Even though we don't look alike we can care for each other like a family would." Ali smiled at him as his eyes grew wide and tears started to form. "Are you really serious?" He asked excited. "Yes I am." She smiled more. "I promise no matter what I will be here for you when you need me." She held out her finger for a pinky promise. He looked at her pinky and wrapped his around hers. "Thank you." Schrödinger hugged her tightly. "Ow! Not too tight!" Ali groaned out in pain and he let her go. "I'm sorry! Let's get you to see the doctor!" Schrödinger held her hand and started to lead her to see the doctor.

"Ah, a new patient!" A tall blonde man spoke. He wore a white lab coat that was covered in blood, what looked like a BDSM outfit, and the weirdest glasses Ali has ever seen. "Ja, this is my new big sister Ali!" Schrödinger smiled as he escorted Ali into the room. "I-uh yeah. I am new to here and I just got into a rumble with Hans." Ali laughed nervously as she watched the tall man lower himself to her face to look at her. "It looks like it, and from the looks of it he did a pretty good job." He smirked slightly at the young vampire. She looked at him uneasy as he inspected her. "He did some damage on your back and ribs." He stood behind her. "Hold still, this will hurt a lot." He wrapped his arm around her chest and placed his other hand on the center of her back. "Just breathe." He whispered in her ear softly and he gripped her tightly and pushed on her back. "GAH!" She screamed out in pain. Schrödinger sat on a chair watching her with a wide grin across her face as the doctor pushed and squeezed her body putting it back. Ali screamed out louder as he finished placing some bones back to normal and let her go. Ali fell to her knees panting and keeping from crying. "See you are all better now, ja?" The doctor spoke as he had a huge smile across hisface. "Bastard!" She growled slightly as she struggled to stand up. "You will be tender for a few days but after that you will be back to normal. Now run along now and go play, I have to give this boy a bath." He faced Schrödinger with a dark grin. The little boy had fear in his eyes as he tried to run away. "No!" cried out Schrödinger as Ali stumbled out of the room. Upon making her way back she was leaning against the walls panting and cringing in pain."I see you have seen the doctor." A deep voice spoke in her ears. Ali turned around quickly as she brought her guard up to see it was Hans. "What do you want?" She grumbled slightly at him. "I am here to escort you the rest of the way back to our quarters." He leaned down slightly gazing in her crimson eyes. "Sorry." He bowed his head slightly and Ali looked at him confused. "Why are you sorry?" She asked confused. He straighten himself back out and scooped her into his arms. He started making their way back to the room and continued talking. "I heard your screams so I came as soon as I could, I hurt you and I didn't mean to be that rough on you." He kept looking ahead as she gazed up at him. "I just needed to see where your skill levels were and I had to push you to a point where you couldn't move. For that I am truly sorry." He spoke softly and looked down. Ali blushed softly and looked away. "Next time I'll be easier on you." Hans stopped at the door and looked at Ali. "T-thank you for carrying me." Ali blushed a bit as he set her down. "You are my pupil so it is my job to look out for you. Plus I wanted to tell you that you did well in our fight." He opened the door for her. "I cannot wait for next time." He whispered in her ear and walked away leaving her speechless.

Afew weeks have passed since Ali has joined Millennium and has been chosen to be Captain Hans's apprentice. In the weeks passed the two have slowly started to grow fond of each other and it seems like they have become inseparable. Her wounds from Hans has healed within a week. She trained daily with him and every time they would train she would grow a little bit stronger. "Show me what you have learned today." Hans grinned as he slid off his coat exposing his flawless body. Ali blushed slightly as she admired his cut body and she slid off her shirt leaving her in a tank top and oversized pants. "I'm ready when you are." Ali spoke as she brought up her fists ready for whatever Hans throws at her. "Alright, but this time I'm not going easy on you." He brought his fists up as well. "Here I come!" Ali screamed as she darted at the man at unbelievable speeds. Ali threw a punch at Hans, but he blocked it by crossing his arms in front of his face. He grinned and grabbed her arm. Ali gasped surprised as Hans goes to throw her, but she connected her foot to his rib cage. Hans cringed slightly as she kicked him and he let her go. Ali looked at him with a smile and darted at him again. This time her fist connect to his jaw and the smile quickly faded when he looked up at her unfazed. "Wrong move." He growled and brough this fist into her stomach sending her across the room through some crates. Her body slammed against the wall and before she could react he jumped through the cloud of dust and connected his foot to her chest. Her ribs cracked from the force of his blow and she coughed up blood. Ali slid down the wall forcing herself not to cry out in pain and pass out due to the pain. Ali looked up at him with blood dripping from her lips and slowly stood up. "You aren't done yet?" He asked as he watched her hold herself up on the wall. "I-Iwon't lose to you." Ali groaned slightly and balled her hands into fists. "Very well, let's keep this up until one of us cannot move." He brought up his fist and darted at the wounded vampire. She quickly blocked his blow and kicked his legs out from under him. Hans fell hard to the ground and moved his head away when Ali brought her foot down. He grabbed her ankle and pulled her to the ground and pinned her down. She looked up at him blushing faintly as he hovered over top of her. "I am ending this." Hans spoke softly as he gazed into her eyes. "O-ok." She spoke softly and cringed a bit."Come." Hans moved himself off of her and scooped her up into his arms. "Let's get you to the doctor and have him fix you up." He smiled and held her close to his body as the darkness consumes her.
