*Taylor's POV*
I opened my eyes and saw sunlight. I blinked my eyes a few times. Where am I? Oh yeah! I'm in the meadow with Greyson. Holy Crap!
G-What, what, what?
T-Oh, I said that out loud. But crap, Greyson! We fell asleep
G-Dangit!
We jumped up and looked at each other before running towards the road. I was out of breath by the time we got out of the woods and down the road a couple blocks.
T-Man. I shouldn't have quit dance. I'm so outta shape.
Greyson laughed before pulling me on his back. We got to my house and he set me down before we quietly snuck in. Aunt Ellen and Aunt Portia were standing in the living room with their arms crossed. Cuh-freaking-rap.
AE-Where have you been? We've been up all night worried sick about the both of you.
G-I'm sorry. We went to this meadow and ended up falling asleep.
AE-Oh really. Come here Taylor.
I slowly walked over to where she was and she moved my hair to where there was a hickey from the other day.
AE-Well this makes me wonder.
There was a knock at the door and I bolted to it to get a break from the stares of my aunts. I saw Mrs.Lisa and let her in, not making eye contact. She's extremely nice and all, but when she's mad. She's freaking horrifying.
She walked over to where Aunt Ellen and Portia were before crossing her arms too.
AE-As I was saying. The hickey makes me wonder.
T-Aunt Ellen we didn't do anything! We're only 14 for pete's sake!
AE-Don't you use that tone with me young lady! And let me get this straight. You have a hickey and you were in a meadow all night! It doesn't take an idiot to know you did something.
T-We didn't do anything!
L-It seems suspicious Taylor! And Greyson what were you thinking?! The three of us were worried sick about you two and now you come home with a hickey on Taylor and we find out you were in a meadow! It really is suspicious!
G-Bu mom we didn't do anything! We're WAY to young for any of that!
L-I don't know. Until I figure out what I want to do to you, you won't see Taylor.
G-Mom you can't do that!
L-Oh yeah, watch me!
She walked out, and when he didn't follow, she yelled.
L-GREYSON MICHAEL CHANCE!
He jumped and gave me a quick hug and mouthed.
G-I love you.
I mouthed back.
T-I love you too.
He walked out. I turned back to Aunt Ellen once the door slammed.
AE-Well, we're already talked to Lisa and neither of you are going to Taylor's Christmas Party. And just like Lisa, I don't know when the next time you see Greyson will be.
T-Aunt Ellen that's not fair! We fell asleep, it was a mistake!
AE-I think it's fair. No but's.
T-Aunt Portia!
She just shook her head and I turned towards the stairs.
T-God you're both such freaking bitches!
AE-TAYLOR ELLEN DEGENERES! WATCH YOUR MOUTH!
T-MAKE ME!
I ran to my room, and slammed and locked the door. I flopped on my bed and started crying. I felt the hot tears running down my face, and my stomach and side hurt from all the sobbing. I cried for at least 2 hours before I finally stopped. I got some yoga pants and a tank top before walking into my bathroom. Dern I look like crap. My makeup from last night was smeared, I had little cuts beside my eyes, there were tear stains all over my face, and my face was red, blotchy, and swollen. I jumped in the shower and washed with my Be Enchanted body wash from Bath and Body Works. I wrapped my hair in a towel and put on my yoga pants and tank top before walking downstairs. I saw Aunt Ellen and Aunt Portia sitting on the couch. I sat down in the recliner.
T-I'm sorry about what I called y'all.
AE-Thank you for your apology. But we're not letting up about Greyson.
I sighed.
T-Neither of you know what it's like to be in love. If you did, you wouldn't try to tear us apart.
I ran back up to my room. I got an idea for a song and spent about 45 minutes writing and perfecting it. I turned the tv on and started watching iCarly. I started softly singing my new song.
T-*A day without you is like a year without rain.....*
