Chapter 6

Delightful Service

Marinette's P.O.V

I had came home all smiley and giddy from the conversation. As I brought out the keys from my bag, my kwami Tikki, peeped her head out.

"Marinette why are you so giddy?"

I unlocked the door.

"Oh come on Tikki, didn't you hear our conversation?", I said entering in and closing the door, placing the box on the kitchen countertop.

"Of course I did! But why are you still giddy?"

I opened up the trapdoor to my room and quickly closed it, then sitting on my white office chair.

"I can't wait to write it in my diary!!!", I squealed out, pushing myself and turning to be by my desk.

With my right hand, I swiftly pulled out the cream colored diary to flip to a new blank page. Grabbing a sky-blue colored pen, I started to write to my future self about this day.

Timeskip to Finished Pages...

I had comepletely finished about 2 (or maybe 3) pages of what had happened today. Of course with great detail too. I need my future self to at least remember everything. Well except the slightly embarassing moments.

"Looks good! Now let's do that assignment that's nearly due.", Tikki said.

I then heard a few thuds and the ground rumble.

"Oh no, Tikki..."

A few light taps were by my window and I look back to see the one and only Chat Noir. I closed the diary swftly and walk up to the window. The black cat smiled and waved. I then opened the lock on the window.

"Hi there purr-incess. I am in need of your assistance."

I looked at Chat and mouthed a "no". I was tired of being all giddy and fangirly and now he shows up. Great.

I really don't want to get down Chat's little offer. Besides, it's a superhero yet again.

But yet again... I'm tired.

"Well uh what assistance do you need from me Chat Noir? I wouldn't be at much delightful service but if there's something you need then just ask."

"A kiss."

"WHY WOULD YOU WANT THAT CHAT NOIR?"

I couldn't do that. I really couldn't do that. My heart belongs to Adrien Agreste. NOT CHAT. I don't even like him. Okay maybe a little. FOR SAVING ME ONCE.
