"I kissed Louis Tomlinson" Harry blurred out "It was perfect and I am not sure if I am sorry"

"Wait, what?" Liam answered

It was bright and early and Harry knew Niall was still sleeping, besides he needed to speak with Liam. After all the Zayn leaving fiasco, Harry was trying to plot ways in which he could speak with his friend without making him uncomfortable. Sure he didn't like Louis Tomlinson one bit, but maybe that could change with everything he could tell him.

"And before you could even begin, it wasn't the heat of the moment Liam, it was real" Harry assured

For Harry it wasn't easy talking about his personal life, he loved hearing stories about love and suffering in part because he didn't want to have them himself. He was quite a listener, even in the script class, most boys had probably told him some secrets and Harry was happy to keep them to just him. But with Liam there was something that differentiate him and put him all the way up in Harry's best friend zone, that being he could identify when the boy had done something. Liam also knew that Harry believed in fairies and happy endings, and that sadly he had to bring him to planet Earth to remind him that those things weren't real, and that he had to look past drunk lads in a bar to find the right one.

"Okay" was the only thing Liam answered to Harry's story about Louis

The boy remain in silence trying to process the information, but Harry didn't have much patience

"Liam I really need my friend now, and I am kind of freaking out, what am I supposed to do?" Harry said with almost no chill

Liam thought for a couple more seconds

"It's Louis Tomlinson we are talking about Harry" he said with his dad about to punish his child voice "What is best, is not putting all your hopes up, he could easily hurt you if he pleases"

And of course he could, not intentionally but with the little outburst he knew he had, Louis was a little bit of a ticking time bomb, but Harry was willing to take the risk. He had invested quite a while now with Louis and he wanted to see what he got, a friendship was his main goal but maybe it could turn to something different.

"I am aware" Harry calmly said looking away from the phone

He knew Liam was right, but maybe this time he wasn't, after all what he had with Louis he could see no one had, at least from his common group of buddies.

"Do you want me to go wherever you are? Maybe we can grab some chips for lunch" Liam suggested

Harry loved the idea, and maybe it was a good time for him and Louis to become not enemies, or even like each other at least one bit. So he texted him the address and told him to come at midday, after all Louis would probably like company.

"Beautiful boy there you are!" Louis' Nan said as he walk in the room

Louis run like a little kid being picked up at nursery, he carefully embrace his grandma in a warm hug and told her that she got him mad worried, but his grandma seem more than fine now. Laughing like she was okay and this wasn't a big deal.

"As soon as you arrive home I'll take a week" Louis said concerned

"Don't!" his Nan interrupted him "You're doing great in school, your mood has changed so much... and for good reasons I believe"

Louis blushed, he didn't want to tell her all his adventures with Harry, specially cause he felt this was just the beginning.

"Just enjoying the class, nothing out of the ordinary" Louis lied and his grandma give her a look he knew meant don't lie "Okay, I also enjoy my project partner, he's great"
