Third Person's POV
(Last Night at Doyoung's house)
Doyoung watched as his younger sister, Lami, hugged Jisung goodnight and waved to him as he got in the car. He tried to get a look at the person driving but failed as the car sped off, he needed to meet Jisung's parents soon because Lami really likes Jisung, and Doyoung wanted to make sure his family was suitable.
Lami smiled to herself and skipped into the kitchen, 'Doyounggie, I really like him, I really do.' She giggled and her brother smiled at her happy face.
Jisung had come over for dinner with Lami, Doyoung, their older sister Taeyeon, whom also attends Barnhill Academy, and their parents. All of their family approved of Jisung, and thought that he was a very pleasant boy.
'Lami, do you know who came to pick Jisung up?' Doyoung asked.
Lami looked hesitant, 'I think it was his dad, I'm not sure, I didn't ask.'
'Can I go round to Jisung's on Saturday? Pleeeease.'
'Okay but I want to meet his family before I leave you there.' Doyoung said protectively.
Lami sighed, 'Okaaaaay.'
At that moment, the front door opened, 'Guess who's home to see their favourite family!'
Doyoung's eyes widened, it had been a year since they'd seen him.
'Kai, you're not welcome here any more.'
'KAI!' Lami shouted and ran to hug him.
'Am I not?' He replied to Doyoung and then bent down to eye level with Lami.
'I missed you.' He said and ruffled her hair.
Doyoung was yet again put in a bad mood, his older brother, Kai, was always Lami's favourite brother. However he was the least favourite child and was treated badly which caused him to move out. He started off at Barnhill Academy because he was smart, but he was a very mischievous boy, and got kicked out and moved to Yunji High, his parents practically forced him out of the house. He was like Yuta, clever but trouble.
'What's all the fuss abou-' Their mother walked into the kitchen and saw Kai, '-oh. It's you. I thought I told you that you weren't allowed here any more.' She said in disgust.
'Actually I came to see Lami because I missed my younger sister.' He grinned causing Lami to giggle.
'Well you can't see her anymore. It's unfair on her that a failure like you should disrupt her studies and good behaviour. In fact we just had a lovely meal with a lovely friend of hers called Jisung, that she has the biggest crush on. So she's getting on fine without you.' Doyoung spat.
Kai let out a chuckle, if only Doyoung knew who Jisung's brother was.
'He sure is nice, but Taeyong and the team still beat him in basketball.'
'Don't even mention that boys name in our house.' Their mother yelled.
'Woah, what do you have against Taeyong? He's great.' Kai defended.
'What's I have agaisnt him is the fact that he's nothing but trouble and according to Doyoung he's trying to get close to Jaehyun, whom, if you've forgotten, Doyoung is in love with. Jaehyun is a wonderful, perfect boy and I wish him to be my son in law so therefore I am obviously angry.'
Kai gave Lami a small box with a present in and then turned to Doyoung and looked him straight in the eye, 'Doyoung, I'm saying this as your brother who is trying to care for you even though you don't care about me, give up on Jaehyun - Taeyong will do anything and everything in his power to have what he wants, you'll only get hurt.' Kai shook his head and pecked the top of Lami's head, 'Nice catching up with you guys.' He smiled sadly and left, they didn't love him one little bit, apart from Lami maybe.
