PERSONALITY — [As described by SM Entertainment] Kei is a bit clumsy and awkward sometimes, but that's apart of what makes her wonderful personality. She is one out of two peacemakers in the group, the other members say, besides their much more rough leader. Never the less, you can count on Kei to be the shoulder you lean on. She's a great listener, and despite her awkwardness, she plays the mature mother role.
