I wake up to sounds of birds (through my open window obviously) and light sneaking past my shades. I groan and smack a pillow against my face to block the sun.
After a while I finally got out of bed, I passed myself in the mirror. I was disgusted with myself. I still had my makeup on and my hair was a mess. It's like this everyday but I usually don't have smudged makeup on my face. I rolled my eyes and walked into the bathroom in my room.
I washed my face and brushed my hair a bit but I still looked gross. I shrugged, it was whatever.
I grabbed my phone and saw I had a text from maddy.
>maddy: hey, I just left for work. Ill be back at 3:00 okay.
I looked at the time
12:00pm
>me: okay see you then🙃
I looked at the rest of my notifications
4 snapchats, one from Kyle and the rest from some other friends
Twitter post notifications. Too many to count.
A text from my dad and Kyle
Then some Instagram notifications that I didn't pay attention to.
I checked the text message from Kyle.
>Kyle the gay alien: Hey, wyd today?
He asked me what I was doing everyday. I kinda wondered why but I remember when we first started talking he told me he was pretty nosey so I guessed that was the reason why.
>me: Hi idk what I'm doing todayyy. Probably just sitting around watching keeping up with the Kardashians, you know me hah
I decided to FaceTime him, Kyle answered me almost instantly.
"Hi babe" he smiles
"Hi" I smile back
"OoooOooo is that your girlfriend" someone says
"Johnnie shut up, she's not my girlfriend" Kyle laughs
"You talk to her like she is"
Kyle put his phone down (but upward so I could see them)
Kyle jumped on johnnies back and Johnnie fell on the ground.
"Owewe kyleeee" Johnnie moans as Kyle laughs
Kyle stands up, and helps Johnnie up.
"Kyle remember you're staying at my house. If you hurt me again I'll throw you out the door" Johnnie laughs and Kyle crosses his arms
I laugh at kyles face, he was cute when he was all pouty.
Soon Kyle had to go and a few hours went by. I took a shower and did stuff to like actually look cute.
I smiled at myself, I didn't look all that bad. Not like I was gonna do anything today but maddy might have some friends over and I at least wanna look presentable. I had jean shorts and an oversized grey sweater on.
I heard the front door open. I knew it was maddy cause it was 4:00, she told me 3:00 but maybe there was traffic or something.
Suddenly my door opened to reveal a girl with bright purple hair. Maddy had brown hair. When I looked at her more closely I realized that it was maddy.
"Woah. Woah. Am I tripping or do you have purple hair" I questioned
"I have purple hair" she smiled
"And we're going shopping also" she added leaving my room
"Okay but I have-"
"I know you have like no money, but if you realized. I'm loaded" she laughs
"What do you even do as-"
"What do I even do as a job you ask. Well I can't tell you"
"Wait what?" I question
"I can't tell you" she said walking into my bedroom
"Why?"
"Because it's way too complicated to explain. I do people's taxes but..there's more to it" she smiles
"Okay" I shrug
-later-
After shopping maddy brought me to the Santa Monica pier.
She dragged me out of the car and brought me under the pier
"Why the fuck are we here?" I question and she smiled at me
"To watch the sun go down"
I shrugged and leaned against one of the wooden poles holding up the huge dock.
The huge orb in the sky was falling and I was gaining bored.
Then next thing I know someone tapped on my shoulder and I looked behind me.
It was him, the one I've known, the one I've been dying to meet in real life. Kyle.
I jumped and he picked me up I wrapped my legs around his waist.
"Y-you're real!" I yell
"You're real" he yells back
I hear Johnnie and maddy laughing at us.
"How did you know I was here?" I ask as he let me down
"A girl with bright purple hair that might, probably not know you"
"It was me" maddy says happily
"Oh my god.. So you guys planned this?"
"Yeah." Kyle smiles
"I-i don't know what to say" I laugh
