'Hah~ it's so boring doing nothing!' I said in my thoughts as I walked around the mansion thinking of something else to do.
"I wonder what Reiji-sama is doing?" I questioned to no one in particular 'Maybe he's in his room?' I thought and headed to his room.
(Lil' time skip)
I arrived in front of Reiji-sama's door and I knocked his door until I heard a faint 'come in' on the other side of the door and I turned the doorknob and entered his room.
"What do you want?" He asked in a stern tone.
"I'm just wondering if there's anything you need help with," I answered.
"Well, since you want to help me you can be my assistant for this experiment," he said "Really!??" I said with sparkling eyes and he nodded his head 'Yes!! Finally I get to do something that involves explosions and experiments!!' (A/N:Hanji are you inside of Summer??😓)
I walked next him and asked,"So, what can I do to help?"
"Well you can help me get some ingredients over there," he said as he pointed to a shelf with some weird stuff on it 'What the heck are these?' I thought as I grabbed the ingredients he instructed me to get and brought them to the table.
Reiji's POV
I'm surprised that Summer wants to help me I mean no one wants to help me with my experiments, but I'm actually glad someone did and that someone is summer.(A/N:Aww~ Reiji that's so sweet~)
After Summer brought the ingredients, she asked,"So Reiji-Sama, what else can I help you with?" "Reiji-sama?" I questioned confused "Don't like the name?" She asked "You can just call me Reiji," I answered "Okay, Reiji," she said with a smile and I gave her a small smile 'For some reason, I feel lucky to have her as our guardian' I said in my thoughts as I looked at her.
Then, my thoughts was cut off by Summer "Reiji, is there anything else I can do?" She asked. I cleared my throat "Yes, you can help me put the experiment together," I said "Okay!" She said with excitement.
(Time skip)
"Careful one wrong move and everything will go very wrong," I said as Summer is about to put the last ingredient in the experiment and she successfully did "We did it!" Summer said in a happy tone and smiled.
Summer's POV
"We did it!" I said in a happy tone and smiled at Reiji, but then we heard a bubbling noise behind me and we looked and the potion looks like it's going to explode?! "Uhh it's gonna blow!" I shouted and I hold on to Reiji and use my cloak to protect both of us from the explosion.
*BOOM*
After the explosion the potion started to glow red.

"Are you okay Reiji?" I asked him "I'm fine," he answered and he examined the potion "It looks like it went successful," he said "Eh?" I tilted my head in confusion and he turned his face to me "Well this place is a mess help me clean this up," Reiji said and I nodded my head and grabbed the cleaning stuff.
After we finished cleaning the mess. I put the cleaning stuff back to where it belongs "Summer I would like to ask you some questions," Reiji said "Um..okay," I responded clearly unsure and I sat at a chair opposite to Reiji "What would you like to ask me?" I asked "Well, I'm curious what do guardians do?" He questioned "Well, what we guardians do is protect our masters and some of us are sometimes assigned to complete our missions or tasks," I answered his question "Interesting and is their anyone that help assign you to the missions and task?" He asked me "Yes the Councilors, they assigned us to our missions," I answered and he nodded his head 'I can't tell him everything like "Hey! I'm from another world" or else the Councilors will kill me' I said in my thoughts "Well anyways that's all I can ask, you can go now," he said and I bowed and left his room.
Reiji's POV
After Summer left my room I started to think 'How interesting, I wonder who these councilors are?' I questioned in my thoughts but if I ask Summer about them she might not tell me "I should research about this," I said to no one in particular and started to search through my bookshelves 'Maybe, one of these days, I might get to know who they are and what they're capable of '.
