Chapter 7: A day with Ayato-sama pt.2

3rd person's POV
Summer and Ayato are in front of Reiji's door, while Ayato explains his plan "Got it?" He asked and Summer nodded her head in responds "All I have to do is just distract Reiji while you start switching one of his test tubes with a different one," Summer repeated "Yup!" He said getting excited, hoping it would go as planned.

Summer's POV
I knocked on Reiji's door while Ayato-sama hides right next to the door making sure Reiji can't see him "Come in," I heard a faint sound on the other side and I opened the door seeing Reiji doing who-knows what experiment he's making "What do you want?" He asked not taking his eyes away from what he's doing.

"I was wondering if you have time for us to talk," I responded and he stopped what he was busy working on and turned his glance towards me "Fine, what do you want to talk about?" Reiji asked 'Crap! I didn't think of what to talk about!!! why do I do this to myself!!!!!' I mentally argued in my head while trying to think of what to talk about "My identity!!" I blurted in a panic 'Why!?!! Did I choose that?!?!?' And again arguing in my head.

"Your identity?" Reiji questioned as he tilted his head to the side "Y-Yeah!" I answered as I gave him an awkward smile while placing my hand on the back of my head. "Well, okay then, come have a seat while I prepare some tea for us," he said and I sat on a chair 'Hope I don't get busted' I thought.

Reiji was done making the tea and came back with two tea cups in his hands "Here," he said as he gave me one of the tea cups and poured in some tea for me "Thank you," I thanked "Your welcome," he said as he sat in front of me with his back facing his experiment.

"Now,we're talking about your identity for what reason?" He asked me curiosity lacing around his sentence as he took a sip of his tea "B-Because some of you might be curious on what I look like and why I always hide my face?" I answered but at the same time questioned(?) as I took a sip of the tea and in the background, I can see Ayato-sama sneaking towards Reiji's experiments and signaling me to continue distracting him and I turn my glance back to Reiji "Well,it's true that we haven't seen your face since you always wear that cloak and hide your face for some reason," he said in a curious tone as he took a sip of his tea.

Ayato's POV
While Melons is busy distracting Reiji. I sneak towards his experiments and start switching some of his chemicals around. While I was switching up Reiji's stuff, I overheard their conversation "But I'm curious, why do you hide your face?" The smart-ass asked "Well..." Melons trailed off. As I finished switching Reiji's stuff, I signaled her that I'm done switching the experiments and sneakily went out of the room.

Summer's POV
I saw Ayato-sama signaling me that he's done switching Reiji's experiments "Uh, I just remembered that...Yui asked me to help her on a project, so we'll continue this talk some other time, is that alright with you?" I asked 'Sorry for lying to you Reiji' I thought feeling guilty for doing this "Fine, we can talk about this another time, since I got an experiment to finish up," he responded as I walked out of the room to see Ayato-sama leaning on the wall with a smirk "hah~ I almost got myself killed~" I trailed off "Wait for it," he said when..

KABOOM!!!!

There's an explosion in Reiji's room and I panicked and saw his room's a huge mess, while in the background I can hear Ayato-sama laughing his a** off "Reiji are you okay!?!?" I asked while panicking 'He didn't mention anything like 'oh hey let's kill my brother!' I said with sarcasm.

"I'm fine,but this room is not, I need you to help me clean this mess up," he demanded and I nodded my head started to help him clean up all the mess.
