Chapter 2

My new fate: chpt 2

Christmas is going good so far. Scarlett has gotten from santa; a teddy bear, 4 new outfits, a new bottle and soother set, a walker(to learn to walk), and a bunch of other toys.

Christmas dinner is in the oven and cooking. I have decided to make a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a bunch of sides. I have also invited Santana and Will, a kindergarten long friend named Jake, and my cousin Jeenie and her boyfriend Drake.

Scar is done her presents and done eating breakfast do I go get her ready for her first christmas/birthday get-together.

I put her in the bath and wash her up. I then i get her outfit together its a red puffy tootoo, a white t-shirt, and white tights. I change her diaper and dress her. I put her in her bouncer in my room and i get dressed myself.

I decide to wear black leggings, a red and black flannel and green knee high socks. I take us both back downstairs and put Scar in her high chair.

I check up on dinner and just then the door bell rings. I go to answer it and there is jake. "Hey beautiful!" He says. I giggle "hey Jake" he gives me a tight hug and some flowers. He also has a couple gifts in hand. "Thanks for coming over, you can set those under the tree."

While i have some time let me explain jake to you all. I have known him since i could read. He is my best friend and i couldnt live with out him. He is so close to Scar that if you saw them together they would look father and daughter.

"Hey, do you need help with dinner?" Jake said shaking me
out of my thoughts. "No thats fine the others will be here soon. But i know someone who has been waiting to see you" i say hinting towards my daughter.

"Ah yes, my angel awaits" and he leaves to enter the living room. "Oh Scar" i hear him say in a funny voice. Then i hear a very high-pitched squeal and giggling. Entering the kitchen i laugh lightly and roll my eyes at, the
most important people in my life.
