Chapter 2

Kellins pov kells outfit up top

I woke up and checked the time.
11:05?? I jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom and brushed my hair. I put a bit of makeup under my eyes to make them less purply I went back into my room and threw on the outfit I had picked out the night before. My blue/white shirt with white skinny jeans and turquoise vans.
I put the flower clip in my hair deciding to leave it down for once.

I walked into my little sisters room and she was playing on the floor. "Hey sissy, wanna come with me? I'm going to your favorite cafe" I said "I come!" she shouted exitedly. I laughed and picked her up. I changed her diaper and put her in a blue floral dress and blue slip on's.

I brushed her hair and put in a head band (kinda like the girls in the picture) I checked the time and it was 11:59. "Alright mom, I'm going on my date now" I said "Have fun! Remember to bring cope home if things get out of hand" She said and I rolled my eyes "Okay" I said and walked out the door. I walked down my road and my little sister was running ahead of me. The cafe was in view so I was okay with it. I caught up with my sister and picked her up. I walked into the building and looked for vic. I spotted him and grabbed a high chair and walked towards him. I sat cope into the high chair and sat across from him "Hi Vic" I said "Hello kellin, whose this?" he asked gestering to my sister "Oh, this is my little sister Copeland. She wanted to come" I said and she waved. He waved back and started talking to her. I didn't really listen to the conversation I just admired the way he waswith kids. It was quite adorable. "I'm gonna get something to drink, you want something?" vic asked me "Hmm? Oh no im fine thanks" I said slightly blushing at my stumbling of words. "Okay" he smiled and walked away.
"Do you like him?" I asked my sister "Yeah! He dust like Gus Gus!" she cheered I felt my heart Shatter at the mention of Augusten. I took in a deep breath trying to hold the tears back. "You think so?" I asked "Mhm! He's super duper nice and funny like Gus" she said and I smiled. "You alright?" Vic asked "Yeah, I'm fine. Why?" I asked "it looked like you where about to cry" he said gently. "Oh, I'm fine. I just yawned" I lied "Oh, okay." he said taking a sip of his drink. We talked somemore and decided to go walking. "I no walk!" Copeland whined "I'll bring you home, okay?" I said and she nodded "Sorry" I mumbled picking her up "it's fine. Plus, we could walk to your house then walk around town" he said "Sounds like a plan" I said. We began walking down the street. Once we got to my house I walked in and my dad looked angry "Hey, I uh brought cope home" I said and my dad stormed up to me. He slaped me and hard "Don't you ever fucking go on a date with a guy! I'm sick and tired of you wearing girls clothes! You are a male not a female! You where born with a penis not a vegina!" he yelled in my face. He grabbed the collar of my shirt with two hands and ripped it off of me. He also ripped the hair clip out of my hair. He grabbed my hair and yanked me inside "Don't you ever fucking come around my son!" my father yelled at Vic and slammed the door. Copeland was crying and my mom was trying to calm her. "I-im sorry" I whispered "You fucking better be" he scolded. I ran into my room and all of my things where gone. My bed now had some army cover and my closet was full of boyish clothes. I started crying because I didn't know what else to do. I paced back and forth in my room gripping my hair. My phone, I can text Vic and apologize to him.
I grabbed my phone and told Vic that I was sorry about my father. He replyed instantly asking if I was okay. I told him I was and that my dad freaks out sometimes.

I didn't know what to do so I laid down on my bed. Half of me wants to leave and the other half of me wants to stay. For the sake of Copeland.
"Kellin!" my father yelled and burst into my room. "Your no longer aloud to talk to that boy. Your not aloud to even be around him. And to make sure that happens, give me your phone" he said and I gave him my phone. He smashed it into pieces then threw them away. I began crying in lose of my phone and everything on it. Well. My life's over.

Skip to Monday

I woke up and put on the stupid boy clothes and brushes my teeth. Not even bothering to cover the brusies on my arms and face from yesterday. My dad had beaten me all day yesterday just because I tried to leave. But wouldn't you try to leave?
I walked outside and got in the car. My mom brought me to school. I walked down the hall with my head down ignoring everyone's stares. I got to my locker when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around to see Alan "Kellin…What happened?" he asked "my dad got angry at me for hanging out with Vic. He also took away my clothes and makes me wear boys clothes " I said "I hate him so much. Vics over there if you want to talk to him" he said and I looked over to see Vic standing next to the water fountain writing something in his note book. I ran up to him and hugged him "I'm so sorry my father took my phone and distorted it" I said fastly. "kells calm down its alright, I thlught something like that happened" he said and pulled away "Kells, did your father do this?" he asked and I nodded "are you okay?" he asked and I nodded "Just one more week of high school and I can move out" I said "I thought you where eighteen already?" Vic asked "I am, I just want to finish school before I move out" I said. The bell rang and I went to class. The rest of the day was fine and my father wasn't home so I didn't have to worry.
