I was running in the forest, all over again. The smell of evergreen and grass suffocating my nose.

It all looked so familiar like home. That's how I wanted to describe it but I didn't know this place.

I ceased running, I was tired of running when I didn't even know what I was running from.

What if I'm not in danger, I thought as I turned around.

Suddenly something black and fury pushed me to the ground as a flash of white goes by. I should have just ran to the beautiful water fall like I normally do. That's when I awake.

What was it that got me, and why am I afraid of it.

Although fear isn't the only emotion I can feel in the dream. There's an unidentified emotion, fear is just to strong that it over powers the other emotion.

I throw my lavender devay to the other side of my bed and jump out of bed. I walk to the south side of my room to my vanity that my laptop is on and update my diary of the dream, then head to my closet on the opposite side of my room to look for my favorite skinny jeans but they are not there, so I head down stairs to the laundry room.

My clothes are on the dryer with a sticky note. I finish my outfit with a cute black crop top and my maroon jacket. I take off the over sized shirt I wore to bed, and get dressed. Afterwards I read the sticky note that was left with my outfit.

Working late stay at Elizabeth's for the weekend -love Grams.

I run to the kitchen to grab a breakfast bar, and a bottled Starbucks. Before heading out the door I grab my bag and keys by the door then leave the house. I hop into my black mustang throwing my bag in the passenger seat and drive off.

As I drive to school I listen to music with my long brown hair blowing in the wind.

I drive up to the school and turn into the parking lot, some heads turn to see if one of their friend have arrived but they all turn back once they don't see the person they were looking for.

Once I walk through the front doors of the Wellington school I head straight to the library to meet with my best friend Elizabeth.

I chuckle to myself sense shes always gone to the library during morning pass sense freshman year all the way to senior.

As I walk into the library I notice her fire red hair as if it was burning.

"Hey Lizzie" I say interrupting the book shes reading about business.

She plans on running her own business someday and her boyfriend is gonna do all the tech things involved.

I plan on being a photographer and Lizzie has said she'd help me with the business side of things.

"Hey Zoe" she replays using my nickname instead of my full name.

"Is it ok with your dads if I stay the night this weekend? Grams is gonna be working late." I ask her even though I know Im always welcomed at the Walker home.

"Im sure its fine but I'll text them later to check" she replys as she packs her books up.

The bell Rings and we both head to our separate classes.

Once its lunch I grab my tray of food from the line and head to the lunch table where Lizzie, Jack and I always sit at. Jack, Lizzie's boyfriend sense freshman year was already sitting there with his shaggy brown hair hanging over the back of the laptop, he has his face in. Lizzie must still be in line getting her food. I sit down and ask Jack how his classes were so far.

"Same old, same old" he quickly replays only hovering his brown eyes over his laptop for a split second.

He's not trying to mean, he's always like that so I don't take it to heart. He's shy and always busy on his laptop coding something.

Lizzie finally makes it to the table and sits down to eat. We talk about class and other school events like prom which will be in five weeks.

"The school at the edge of town is gonna be joining our prom this year" Lizzie informs me while she puts her long hair in a bun, uncovering her blush chubby cheeks.

The kids that go to Forest High live out in the forest, there are lots of rumours about them.

Some say their all dangerous bikers while others say their crazy emos. There aren't any good things said about them but it's only because they isolate them selfs. No one really knows much about them.

"Maybe you can take one of them as a date or are you finally gonna ask out Branden?" Lizzie ask as she eats her last frie.

As we walk to dump our treys we pass the lunch table Branden and his friends sit at. His sharp crystal white teeth slowly peeking out from behind his lips as he laughs at something one of his friends say.

Once we sit down we pick up our conversation again.

"Come on Zoe you've had a crush on him since kindergarten when he held your hand" she says as she chews at her nails.

"It wasn't just holding hands our souls entwined, I could feel it" I whine.

"Are you sure that wasn't the tingling in your hand from not washing it for a week after he held it" I gave lizzie a jokingly mean look as she said that.

"There was a true connection" I fight back as she laughs at me.

Later after school me and Lizzie go dress shopping for prom.

"How about this one" lizzie ask holding a pink cocktail dress.

"Too pink what about the tan one?"

"Looks too puffy" she puffs up her cheeks as she says it.

I earn a look from the cashier for my loud and obnoxious laugh.

Finally after six boutique we both have dresses. Lizzie has a long tan maxi dress while I chose a maroon skater dress.
