The rest of the night was surprisingly nice. Noah and I talked and ate pizza until around 10 when I started getting tired.
"I should head out now, you need your sleep for school tomorrow" Noah gets up and stretches and I stand with him nodding before taking his hand and walking him to the door with a small frown.
I turn and look at him when we reach the door and he smiles at my frowning face, running his soft thumb over my bottom lip "I'll see you tomorrow, beautiful. " he mumbles before his head sweeps down and his lips replace his thumb. My body reacts to his instantly as my fingers tangle in his hair and our lips move together in perfect sync. Kissing Noah always felt timeless but soon enough my phone vibrates in my pocket and I pull it out to see that my mother won't be home until late. I smile and look up at Noah pressing a gentle peck to his cheek before he walks out the door and leaves me smiling like some silly girl in a book. Once he's gone i take my pants off (pants are lame duh) and sit back on the couch, playing on my phone. After about 10 minutes i hear a car door and i assume my mother is home. I jump up and look out the window only to see an unfamiliar black truck in my driveway with three tall men standing in front of it. My wolf immediately is on big alert as rush to close all the curtains and make sure the front door is locked after Noah left. Once reassured i shut off the lights and get down on the ground.The only sounds my ear picked up were the rustling of 6 shoes in the grass and my rapid heartbeat as they spread across my front lawn. Their scents were clearly that of a wolf and my own wolf growled inside me knowing there was no way we could win if they made it inside. I crawl towards the kitchen grabbing two knives and sliding them in the sides of my underwear.(Clearly that's why underwear were made) I lean my head to the side to crack it and rush myself to the tiny room underneath the stairs, The door was really not noticeable, you just press on a certain part of the wall and it opens, no handle or anything. The house and outside seems silent but i can feel that i'm not alone. 'use the mindlink' My wolf seems i but frantic as she communicates but.. what if they're apart of this pack? They'll hear it and come in here even quicker to kill me. My thoughts were interrupted but a loud bang and the sound of my front door collapsing along with a chuckle and something scraping against the wall
