Kaiya stood at the gate patiently. The size of the capital was intimidating to say the least. She would definitely get lost inside if she tried exploring. "There she is dattebayo!" That voice. She knew it anywhere. Turning around, she saw the tan blonde running over with his arm up, waving like mad. He had tall pointed ears sticking out of his blonde spikes and a equally bright tail swished behind him. He had thick whisker marks on his cheeks and his eyes were red with slit pupils. His grin sported fangs. Claws took place of finger tips as well for his hands. Above his head were the words, 'Gold Whirlwind'

Unsurprisingly, the remaining of the friend trio followed. Sasuke had an open short sleeved trench coat type thing as a shirt with black pants, followed by black boots. On his back were folded raven wings. His hairstyle was the same except for the bangs and the white tips on his spikes. Sakura wore a pastel pink battle kimono and her hair was tied to one side. When the pinkette saw her, she ran over and caught the shorter girl in a hug. "Oh you look so adorable in that casual outfit! We are so going to shop for gear together. Such bland colors though."

"I-I think she looks fine how she is." Hinata's gentle voice made Kaiya smile. She turns around and sees that her cousin had deep violet hair instead of her real color. She was dressed in a pastel dress with varying colors of purple. Above read the name Lavender Rose. Makes sense. Behind were transparent white wings shaped like those from a dragonfly.

"It seems we have another Amalis in our group." She poked her cousin's ears which twitched from the contact.

"What are you all.... And your chosen names?"

Naruto jumped up and caught Kaiya in a head lock. "I'm a Kitsune! I go by Kurama." Sasuke made his usual noise instead of answering so the blonde continues. "He's an Amalis too. Avian type. Goes by Chichi!"

Kaiya snorts in surprise. Sasuke punches his friend across the clearing. Kaiya flinched back while Hinata sighs. She used to panic if Naruto got hurt. But judging by her reaction, she was used to this. At least in game. "Does that actually hurt?"

"Pain tolerance is higher. You still need to feel it though to know if you got hit instead of recklessly charging forward in an attack. It allows you to judge when you must fall back and sense where you need to block next time."

Sasuke crossed his arms, scowling. "It's Chidori."

"Isn't that...."

"Shut up."

Sakura giggles. "He didn't have a name ready for the game so used the name of one of his family's software programs. I'm a mage, priestess type which means it's mainly vitalism magic but I know how to use defense and offense spells too. I go by Rakumi"

Hinata smiles when it is her turn. "I'm a fae. There are no branches aside from mystics and clerics. Clerics heal while Mystics use magic enhanced hand to hand combat. I'm a Mystic. My name is Himawari." Kaiya couldn't help but think that was sweet. Her late mother had that name but died after giving birth to Hanabi.

"Yeah! Hinata's punches are scary dattebayo! She can even do this weird mind reading trim that is creepy but gets us free food in new towns so it's still cool."

"I'm not as good at it as Neji."

"Yeah but he is a psychic so that was his main ability." Sakura chimed in.

Kaiya didn't know what to say. She can't relate to her friends when they talked about the game. A strange sound made her new ears turn. A trimming with quiet crackling. Then she felt the sudden need to move. That was exactly what she did. Kaiya turned her body and grabbed a gloved hand before shoving her forearm up against her attacker's neck while also slamming him into the gate. That hand she grabbed had lightning dancing around an open fist.
