Calem's POV

To actually think the battle was over and peace has finally come back into my reality. Until she showed up..

Her still short honey blonde hair, blue ocean eyes, pink fedora, pink dress, red vested waistcoat, block stockings, and brown boots.

She never visited me, because she was at Kanto but now she's here back at Kalos. She looked distress and afraid, and I know why.

The battle isn't over yet, Malamar has gotten more dangerous and it found a new master.

"What are we gonna do?" She asked in a scared tone, she was indeed scared. I can't blame her for that, she didn't deserve to be involved. I was the one that forced her into this path and I'm the only one that can get her out.

"I don't know Serena, Ash and the others might have an idea already but..." I trailed off and took a glance at her friends that were standing behind her.

"We might know that reason I think" Misty spoke "Yes we might, but it's still quite blurry for a plan to be discussed" Clemont said, I look at Serena who was now in tears. Ash quickly went beside her along with his Pikachu to comfort the crying girl.

"Well for now we stay low and act as if nothing happened, but if it were to happen again tell me and I will tell you the plan" I said everyone nods and left, but Serena stayed along with her boyfriend.

"It's been so long Serena" I said softly "Yes it's been 4 years or so" she chuckled trying to uplift the heavy atmosphere around us.

"So Ash plan anything romantic for Serena?" I smirk at the boy as a big blush formed on his cheeks "What do you mean?" He asked, guess his still dense like a rock.

Serena and I both laugh at his obliviousness. Forgetting the conversation we had awhile ago, but isn't that the plan right now? To forget the current events that happened?

Ash's POV

I have a feeling Serena isn't telling us the whole truth, but how can I get it out of her? Then an idea popped in my head.

A date..

After a couple of minutes talking with Calem, Serena and I left his home and meet up with the gang.

I told the others about my plan for a date with Serena and they all happily agreed to help me set up the perfect date.

A Queen deserves the perfect date after all.

Serena's

It was around 5 pm and all I could do was watch the sun set. It would be romantic if Ash was here beside me, but NOPE! His somewhere else with HIS FRIENDS!!

Seriously everytime there is a perfect setting for something romantic to happen he won't be there with me! Talk about bad luck..

But that soon change when I felt two arms wrap around my body, I turn my head to look who was behind me and saw Ash. He was smiling at me and I couldn't resist to smile back, I look into his Auburn eyes. They were filled with passion like always and love.

I was getting lost in it once again and I couldn't hold back and kissed him which he returned. We both pulled away to get air, I was obviously blushing and he was just smiling.

"Serena, will you go on a date with me?" Did my ears deceive me? He is actually asking me out? I can't even remember when was the last time we went out! I squealed in joy and tackled him into a hug causing the two of us to fall on the ground.

We both laugh from our clumsiness and look into each others eyes.

Maybe everything will be fine.

There is no way, I'm letting anything or anyone ruin our date!
