*Jason's POV*
Yesterday I chose the girl I wanted to be with. It's only fair to tell them both. I told Tay that I didn't know yet but I told her I would make my decision up by today. I text them both asking if I can meet with both of them, separately of course. I first meet with Tay.
"Hey Tay" I say as she walks up
"Hey Jason, so you finally chose" she says hugging me
"Yes, I did." I say to her hugging her back
"It didn't take you very long" she says with a smile
"I kind of already had an idea of who I wanted to be with at first" I say to her
"Listen Jason before you tell me I just want to say this, I love you with all my heart, my heart is yours. You and I have had our ups and downs but we have gotten through them. I'm sorry for saying I want some time to myself but I realized that I don't want to be alone, I want to be with you, wrapped in your arms, kissing your lips and holding your hand. I love you" she says to me staring into my eyes
"Tay, I came here to tell you that I chose Lauren. I'm sorry, you will always have a special place in my heart but when you ended it , it really opened my eyes, I have such a bright future that you were holding me back for so long, yes Tay I do still love you and I will always love and care about you because you were my first everything but I'm in love with Lauren and I care for Lauren. I'm so sorry Tay, please don't hate me but I know you will. I want to be friends but it probably won't work out but I will always be willing to be your friend" I say to her hugging her tight and I can feel her let go and now my shirt is tear stained.
"I will always love you but I can never face you again because you just broke my heart" she says getting in her car
"I'm sorry, I really am" I say am
getting into mine
*Lauren's POV*
Jason asked to meet with and I'm not sure why.
"Hey Lauren" he says getting out of his car
"Hey Jason" I say walking towards him
"I know you over heard my phone call with Tay, and I want you to know her and I over and I have feeling for you. I want to be with you if you want to be with me" he says
"I want to be with you but I don't know Jason, do you still love her?" I ask
"Well...yeah, she will always have a place in my heart and I will always love her but not in the way I love you. I love you" he says
"Are you sure? Because I don't want to end up heartbroken" I ask
"You won't. I promise"he says
"Then we will give this a try"
