So, everybody knows that I am MATD trash, (MATD stands for Marina and the Diamonds btw), but there are plenty of other artists I must publicly broadcast my appreciation for. Today, Melanie Martinez.
I would keep the format as the Marina and the Diamonds chapter, but I can't remember it, so yeah.

Anyway, enough about looks, because it's what's inside that counts.
If boring pop is your thing, Melanie Martinez's mix of child-like and creepy themes may just be your thing. True, her creepy videos are a bit much for some people, but if you can get through that and listen to the story, you'll like it, I'm sure.
Her latest album 'Crybaby' follows the story of a character named Crybaby. Apparently it's based on Melanie's own childhood, which frightens me slightly, but that's irrelevant.
I highly recommend you listen to her music if you like artists like Halsey, Twenty One Pilots, or Lana Del Rey. A lot of Marina fans also like Melanie's music, so pleeeeeeease go check it out. Ok thanks.
