Day two at school and I'm already getting tired of learning, I just want breaks forever but sadly life isn't that great. I see Char walking towards me with a black-haired boy and she seems to look really happy. "Minaaaa I didn't even talk to you after class, what the actual fuck happened I didn't get the whole situation?" She asks whilst raising her eyebrow. "Ah I'll tell you later."

I look at the boy and give Char a "Who is that?" Look. "Oh right, that's Dean,  my best friend, Dean that's my new friend Mina she's new here." She introduces us both to each other. "Nice to meet you Mina, I'm glad Char finally has other friends than me, she's starting to get on my nerves." Char laughs and starts hitting his arm whilst shouting "Screw you Dean!". I just enjoy the way they're fighting and giggle.

After talking to Char and Dean, I'm sitting at the cafeteria and eat my Pudding. Suddenly I feel two taps on my shoulder, I turn around and see Taeyong standing there. "Surprise." He says whilst smiling. "Ohh it's you haha hi I didn't think it would be you." I say kind of bored. He pulls a chair next to me and sits down. "Already made a lot of friends? Wow you're already forgetting about your first true friend I can't believe this." He responds shaking his head. "What?" I reply loudly to his unexpected words. "I was just kidding haha" He bursts out in laughter. "Whatever, are you coming to the party tonight?" He changes his face expression and looks at me with sparkly eyes. "What party? I don't think I'll come because I have to study." I lie, my mom would never let me go to a party. He raises both of his eyebrows with a slight smirk on his face. "Hmmm oh really... Study even though our exams are over, interesting."
"Yes, gotta prepare for the classes so I can make good impressions you know." I try to defend myself. "Alright, I'll be waiting in front of your house tonight and we're gonna go together, see ya." He suddenly says whilst getting up from his seat. My heart drops into my stomach, doesn't he understand that I just can't? "Wait! I really can't go!" I shout after him. "Bla bla." He rudely replies and leaves the cafeteria.
Wow I'm screwed.

School is over and I still don't know how to deal with this situation. Why me? Why didn't he just ask one of his friends and not annoy me? It's midnight already so he probably forgot. I lay in bed, put my headphones on and turn on music really loudly. I can't be bothered to break my head over this anymore. Suddenly the music gets muted for a few seconds and a message pops up.

TY: mina? I'm picking you up in 30 minutes, you better be ready till then.

Mina: Omg taeyong how often do I need to tell you that I can't go?

TY: I really want to go with you so PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU ASDHDJD

Mina: Why don't you just ask your other friends smh

TY: they're there anyway

Mina: Ok listen I really can't go because my mom is NOT chill when it comes to parties

TY: Is she sleeping?

Mina: wdym is she sleeping oh my god do you really expect me to sneak out

TY: well duh lol

Mina: i have never snuck out and im a pussy aight

TY: there's no going back I'm already waiting outside

Mina: SERIOUSLY TAEYONG

TY: yup soz lmao

Mina: fucking hell asfhfjd but I still got one question

TY: hm

Mina: HOW DID U EVEN GET MY NUMBER AND ADDRESS

TY: ahhh right um i asked char lmao

Mina: omg istg

TY: see ya later ;-)

Mina: I guess

I quickly get out of bed and start to get ready. I put on a high-waisted pair of jeans, a black top, a pair of Nike shoes  and a black lace choker. For makeup I put on foundation, concealer, blush, highlighter, contouring powder, brow gel, mascara, a dark liquid lipstick, and do my winged eyeliner. My hair can stay down as always.
Wow I can't actually believe I'm doing this. I'm so scared of my mom finding out that my heart drops at the thought of it.

I hear three knocks on my window and open it quietly. I look out and see him already getting into the car. Wow k then. I go outside through my window, and close it carefully. He's already waiting so I quickly make my way to the car and get in. "I didn't actually expect you to come." He says whilst grinning and not looking at me. "Well I had no other choice so..." I reply and look down at my lap. "Let's go we'll be too late."
He starts driving and I take the aux cord to blast some music. Jumpman by Drake ft. Future comes on shuffle and he starts getting hyped and rapping along. I just burst out in laughter and silently rap along. "You got good taste in music though? I'm learning more and more about you each day haha." He points out kinda loudly since it's already hard to hear him because of the loud music. "What did you expect, do you think I listen to country music or what? Drake is my favorite artist." I respond with a smile. I look at him and see his eyes getting big at my response. "Mine too, guess we have a lot in common." I fiddle with my fingers and reply. "Yeah I guess."

We arrive at the house party and hear the really loud music and see people dancing really crazily. He looks at me with big eyes and examines my outfit. I just give him a "What is it?" Look. He quickly turns around and starts speaking up again. "Let's go find Char."

I follow him and we spot Char sitting on a bench talking to Dean. "Ohhh y'all came! Oh my god Mina look at you! You look gorgeous, what the hell?" She says loudly and I get shy because of her compliments. Dean, Taeyong, and Char look at me with bright smiles and I thank her. "Thanks." I say whilst looking at the floor. "Oh my god you're so cute I want to squish your cheeks" She says out of nowhere and starts squeezing my cheeks. I shout "Stop!" And laugh whilst faking a crying tone. Taeyong seems to really enjoy Char getting silly so he starts clapping his hands and laughs really loudly. "Oh man." I fix my hair.
