"Disasters are divine intervention in disguise."

(A/N: I want to apologize for the weird time skips. I want this story to follow the timeline of the first series of Percy Jackson. And since I'm starting with the 3rd book, The Titan's Curse, Percy has to be 14 like we was in the book. I don't own Percy Jackson or any characters. I just own the story.)

Percy's P.O.V
My mom decided to take me to the camp of demigods. I didn't want to leave her, but she thought that maybe the place can pushed back my nightmares. She promised to visit me when she could.

Though, for the first 2 weeks, she said that she would stay with me. I hope the dreams disappear. I don't need this again. I want to forget my past life. Not dive head first into it. "Percy! Let's go!" Mom called. I grabbed my bag and walked over to her. She grabbed my hand.

"Are you going to be alright after the two weeks, dear?" She asked me. I just shrugged. I saw her frown a bit before looking at her hunters. "We shall be staying at Camp Half-Blood for two weeks, just to make sure Percy is comfortable! Got it?!" She yelled.

They all nodded in understanding. "MOVE OUT!" Mom commanded. She began to run with me by her side and all my sisters behind us. During the run, all I could think about is that voice. He wanted to train me. Train me for Gabe, I suppose.

~ 12 hours later ~

We arrived in Long Island, New York. All I could do is shake in fear of being back. I rather be back in the woods with my family. Once I realized where I was, I felt tears fall down my face. Mom looked at me. "Hey, what's wrong?" She asked concerned.

I sniffled and wiped my eyes. "When I was younger, my mother, Sally, used to take me to Montauk to get away from Gabe..." I told her. She smiled. "Well, the camp isn't far. So, you can visit this place all you want," she told me. I looked at her wide eyes.

"Really?" I asked. She nodded and I smiled really big. "Thanks mom!" I said happily.

~~~~~
We climbed up a hill and all I saw was was the weirdest looking camp ever that actually looked kinda fun. There was a climbing wall that spit lava, an archery range, interesting looking cabins, a pavilion, a big house in the distance, and much more.
We all walk into the camp. The campers looked at us all scared. My sisters smirked at them and the boys ran away. I looked at them and asked, "What did you do?" All of them shrugged, like going into detail will shatter my brain, and it probably would.
A half man, half horse.... Thing... Trotted up to us and said, "Welcome to camp, Lady Artemis. Who is the child?" Mom looked at me and said, "This is Percy Jackson. His birth godly parent is Poseidon, but I adopted hm."
The horse man thing looked at me and nodded. "Welcome, young one," he said. "My name is Chiron. Co-Director of Camp Half-Blood." I waved shyly. "Which cabin will you be staying in?" He asked me. I looked at my mom for help.
"For 2 weeks, he shall be staying with us in the Artemis cabin. Once we leave, he shall move to the Poseidon cabin," Mom told him. Chiron nodded. "Well, you all show him around," He said. "I need to sign some papers." He trotted off.
Artemis took my hand and walked over to the Artemis cabin. It was a simple silver cabin with carvings of the moon and wild animals, mostly a stag. We all walked inside and immediately the girls collapsed on the beds.
"Sweet comfort!!!" Phoebe exclaimed. Lilliana nodded while everyone else sighed in relief. I'm just standing there completely ok. Zoë looked at me and asked, "You are not tired?" I shook my head no.
"DEVIL!!!!" Atlanta yelled and threw a pillow at me. It smacked me in the face and I heard her cackle like an old lady. "You asked for it now...." I muttered as I grabbed a pillow. "ITS... WAAAAAAAR!!!!!!" I screamed as I threw a pillow back at her.
As luck would have it, it FRICKING MISSED AND HIT MOM INSTEAD!!!! She just sat there, fuming. She slowly grabbed another pillow, and chucked it at me. It slammed into my gut and I stumbled. "You want to fight?" She said softly. She looked at me and her eyes glowed silver. "LETS GO!!!"
An all out war ensued. Half the hunters with Mom as captain against the other half with me as captain. I think everyone outside the cabin was wondering what was happened, but was too afraid to find out, which I thought was wise.
