Lamia are humanoid monsters, though you can only see it's shadow. It is strong and has large claws that it uses to tear open the chest cavities of its victims, extremely similar to a Daeva. It then feeds on its victims' hearts. It has a high-pitched, warbling scream. To kill a lamia, it needs to be stabbed with a silver knife that has been blessed by a priest. It can also be killed by covering it in a combination of rosemary and salt and then setting it on fire. They are usually only seen in Greece.
